Prologue

"I need your signature on this," He said, and she looked at him with surprise-filled eyes.

"Mutual Divorce Agreement..." She uttered in shock, looking at him while he turned his face away from her, unable to look into her eyes.

"Yes, Prerana, I want to be free from this forced relationship destroying our lives and our families happiness. This is better than living in unwanted relations and suffering and making others suffer," Rishab said, looking at him angrily.

"Mr. Bajaj, if you think you can fool me with this silly explanation of yours, then you are more idiot than I thought when it comes to your understanding of me and our life together," Prerana said, and he looked at her in shock for being called an idiot by her.

"Ms. Sharma, I don't have to explain why I don't want you as my wife anymore, just sign them and leave. Your family is waiting downstairs," Rishab said, and Prerana glared at him.

"If you think that I am going to leave you and our daughter, then you are wrong, I am not going to sign them, but I am leaving, and I will be back, and you will yourself will utter the reason behind this stupid stunt you are trying to pull," Prerana said and walked out not before burning the divorce agreement while Rishab stood there in shock.

"Kukki Baby, Mumma has to go now for a few days, as your Nani is not feeling well, but I promise I will be back in a few days, okay?" Prerana said, kneeling in front of Kukki with an assuring smile on her lips while Kukki pouted at that.

"Why can't I come with you? I will get bored, Mumma," Kukki whined and pouted, which made Prerana laugh silently.

"Baby, if we both go, then who will care for Papa? He will be alone and feel lonely. Do you want that?" Prerana asked tactically.

"No, Mumma, I will stay with Papa and take care of him until you return, pinky promise," Kukki signed, kissing Prerana's cheek, making her smile.

"I know you will, Baby. I Love You, and take care of yourself and Papa," Prerana said, kissing Kukki's forehead.

"I Love You, and I will miss you, Mumma," Kukki said, kissing Prerana tightly on both cheeks. Prerana moved out of the Basu Bari while looking back at Kukki and the window upstairs where Rishab was hiding and listening to their conversation.

"Why did you do all this, Anurag? What did you gain with all of this? What type of pleasure did you feel when you snatched everything from me which had become my life and soul?" Prerana questioned him, but everyone could sense pain, anger, betrayal, and brokenness in her voice which shocked them.

"I Love You, and I will never let someone come between us, and you become someone's," Anurag said, but it was more like the question to himself, which made her smile sarcastically.

"You don't know what you feel towards me, yet you separated me from him. Then listen, you will never get my love, not even my care, and concern, because I don't love you anymore, and You Don't't Love Me. I am your Obsession and a trophy to win from my husband," Prerana said; they could see anguish, pain, and something else in her eyes.

"No, you are not my Obsession, and I know you love me; I Love you too. You are not a trophy that I have won from that Bajaj whom you are still calling your husband," Anurag said, and Prerana's hand itched to slap him fiercely, hearing the sh*t he was uttering, but she controlled it.

"Listen Here, Mr. Basu, I'm tired of the games you and Mr. Bajaj are playing with my life because the ultimate result is that my daughter Kukki is suffering the consequences, your stubbornness for marrying me, my mother and sister backstabbing me in the back by trying to separate me from my family and present life but know this that will never happen, even if Mr. Bajaj leaves me and my life along with our daughter and you get married to me forcefully, you will have my body but not my heart and emotions, and the baby growing in my womb is mine and my husband's," Prerana said firmly leaving everyone shell shocked including Rishab who just entered inside.

"How can you, Prerana? When You love me, how can you let another man touch you? How characterless and how much of an Sl*t are you? And How Dare You Cheat Behind my back," Anurag shouted at her, and she felt her blood boil at him for questioning her character when he had known her from childhood and knew what kind of a person she was and still dares to say that he loves her.

"Well, that is Mr. Basu for us, Mrs. Sharma, the one whom you wanted your daughter to marry, and for happening that you went behind my back along with your daughter Shivani and tried to brainwash my husband and your son-in-law into divorcing me. Mr. Basu, you say you love me. I can have a relationship with him because he is not another man. Still, my husband, whom I have married with all rituals and legally, and the baby symbolizes that," Prerana shouted angrily at her mother and Anurag.

"I can't marry you, Prerana, when you are carrying someone else's blood in your womb, kill that Baby and we can marry each other and live happily, and I promise we will never talk about this or your past with Bajaj," Anurag said and at once he fell with the intensity of slap Prerana had slapped shocking everyone. When Mohini Basu was going to hit Prerana, she stopped in self-defense and twisted Mohini's hand behind her back in a painful way, making her scream, and this new side of Prerana was shocking and raising fear in everyone.

"The Days are gone when I will let you or your daughters play with my self-respect Mrs. Basu. I am not Prerana Sharma. I am Mrs. Rishab Bajaj, Queen of the Bajaj Empire, If I sign on a single paper, you and your family will be on roads, and I won't be merciful in doing that if you once again raise your voice or hand on me," Prerana warned her. She pushed Mohini away, which made her stumble, but Tapur caught her at the right moment preventing the fall.

"Mr. Basu, This Final Warning I am giving you. Stay away from my life and family if you know what is good for you and your family. I will not repeat it, and never enter my life again from this moment," Prerana said and walked out of Basu Bari without looking back nor heeding her mother or family calls because she had enough of everyone and everything for the time being.

"Sir, KIARA INDUSTRIES, is gaining a lot of fame and power in the short span of three years, and everyone is comparing the CEO to you for achieving everything and the way the person deals with the business," Mehra said, and Rishab was surprised.

"Find out everything about that Industry and the CEO, I want to know everything, and Mr. Mehra, did you find anything about-" Rishab asked.

"I'm sorry, sir, but I couldn't find any information or lead on Mam, sir," Mehra said with a sad smile and left.

Rishab Bajaj is the epitome of perfection, ruthlessness, cruelness, and arrogance; due to this, he destroyed a person's life who was essential to his daughter, who was her mother, but due to his blindness and arrogance, he lost the only person who cared for him and his daughter, it has been three years since he saw her, Prerana Sharma or rather Prerana Bajaj, who was perfect, soft, determined, fierce, kind and a lioness who protects her family and her loyalty is beyond his imagination which always amazed him and made him respect her more but due to his foolishness and own mistakes he lost her, but now he is determined to find her through any means, get her back and his daughter who is angry on him from the minute her mother left him but she never stopped showing his care, love, and affection reminding him of his wife his Prerana with whom he fell in love with.

"Mrs. Bajaj-" Rishab called her softly in shock; seeing her after three long years, she looked like a diva in Red Anarkali, adorned her maang with sindoor and neck with a nuptial chain.

"Welcome to KIARA Industries, Mr. Bajaj, have a seat; we can start discussing the deal, and please refrain from calling me Mrs. Bajaj as I don't go by that name anymore," Prerana said in a cold voice which made his heart pain, but he kept mum nodded his head in acceptance.

"Mamma, I missed you," Kuki said, hugging her mother while Rishab and Veena, who came to her office to talk with her, were stunned to see Kukki embracing Prerana and that they had been in touch with each other for these years.

"I missed you too, Princess, and I'm sorry that I couldn't come and meet you last week because I was outside," Prerana said, "It is okay, Mamma, but where is Doll? I want to meet her?" Kuki asked.

"My Baby, your Doll isthere in the cabin playing with her toys, so go and play with her as I thinkthere is someone who likes to talk with me," Prerana said and opened thecabin door only to see their shocked faces for which she smirked a cold one.
