Celestine Raphaël-Elias Feldspar IIX (he/they) is a beautiful, majestic, fluffy long boy. His tea shop in the Portland sewers is frequented by many of the local fauna and is known as the best tea shop in Oregon to the city's residents. One fateful All Soul's day, Celestine heard a loud crash coming from the kitchen. He went to investigate but found nothing amiss at first. Then he noticed that the door leading into the storage room was left ajar. Inside, he found his most prized tea set; an ornate porcelain inlaid with gold and mother of pearl shattered on the floor. The spirit of his dead grandmother had come back for revenge!
The ghost of Celestine's grandmother came back for revenge because Celestine's parents were not married when they gave birth to him. She'd been hoping for a daughter who would carry on her legacy as a great fortune teller, but instead, she got a son. Now the ghost wanted to make sure that the world knew about this injustice so that it never happened again. Celestine (who was actually a girl) told the spirit to leave or else he (she?) would call the police. The ghost laughed and said, "No one will ever believe you!" Celestine quickly grabbed his phone (which was on silent). The ghost tried to escape but could not move. She was horrified to find herself reflected in the mirror that spanned one wall of the storage space and realized that she couldn't move. Celestine snapped a picture with his phone, and the ghost disappeared. As soon as the police arrived, they told him that his photo was in fact evidence of a crime and he should be arrested for vandalism and theft.
Celestine was horrified, but he thought it over and decided that he didn't want to go to jail because he might get hurt and have to explain things like "I'm not a boy" So he decided to confess. After all, he was the victim here.
In court, Celestine explained how the ghost of his dead grandmother had broken into the shop and destroyed the tea set with her own hands. The judge was sympathetic and ordered the ghost to pay for the tea set and for Celestine's medical bills. She also sentenced her to 1 year of community service and made sure that her ghostly powers could no longer harm living things.
Celestine was relieved to hear that the ghost would not go on a rampage again, but he could never replace the tea set that he had lost.
