It wasn't like how the movies portrayed it. It wasn't raining and I didn't look pretty in my black dress. Instead, it was sunny and bright and my outfit looked hideous.

I climbed out of my dad's car, and stepped into the graveyard with my mum and dad, as I could hear the whispers of her family members and our friends, who were standing around her coffin. Emily was my best friend, my only friend, and now, she's lying in a coffin after throwing herself into a bonfire.
I understand their suspicions of me pushing her into the fire, but they've also got to consider her sucide note which said:

I don't wanna live forever,
'Cause I know I'll be living in vain.

I slowly tread to her closed coffin, which was placed on a stand, and stared at the picture of her, framed and placed on top of her black and shiny coffin. It was the one I took last summer, in front of my house. She was wearing her favorite oversized white t-shirt and denim shorts, and was sitting cross-legged on my driveway with a huge smile plastered on her face. She'd never looked more beautiful. This picture is also pinned on my mood board in my room because it is the only picture she liked of herself.

I remember my first day in preschool, when Emily and I first met. I was sitting on my own, in one of the swings in the playground, and that's when Emily came in front of me, and started talking about how the other girls are mean. I never spoke much until I met Emily. She brought out a different side of me.

I looked up from her photo, and behind the coffin was Mr. Frank, the person I had contacted regarding her coffin. I nodded my head, indicating that I was satisfied with his service. The burnt body was placed exactly where I told him to, and Emily was also kidnapped and placed exactly where I wanted him to.

I knelt down by her coffin, and placed my hand on top of it. I brought my face close to the lid of the coffin and whispered slowly. "I hope you have fun down there" as I heard her muffled screams trying to make its way to someone who would help her.

I guess she deserves this for sending my brother to jail for the murder she commited.
