Pirates of the Caribbean: The Captain's Treasure

The Blood Ritual, Again and Rescued by the Governors Daughters.

On the way to the Aztec gold Pintel, (The chubby one) is speaking to Will. " No reason to fret. It's just a prick of the finger, a few drops of blood."

Another pirate growls from behind them, "No mistakes this time. He's only half-Turner. We spill it all!" He grabs Will and hauls him away.

"Guess there is reason to fret." Pintel tells Ragetti (wooden eye) with a laugh.

Will is brought to the top of the mountain of gold and pushed to his knees by the chest of gold medallions. The pirates begin to chant for his blood and just as Barbossa reaches to cut Will's throat the crowd of pirates stop chanting as a new figure pushes his way through them.

"Beg your pardon." Jack motions one to move politely.

Barbossa with a knife to Will's throat starts "Begun by blood..."

"Excuse me."

"...by blood un..." Barbossa looks up and can't believe his eyes.

"Jack!" Will shouts.

"S'not possible." Barbossa whispers.

"Not probable." Jack corrects.

Will calls out to him, "Where's Elizabeth? Where's Charlotte?"

Jack assures him, "There safe, just like I promised. Elizabeth's all set to marry Norrington, just like she promised. And you get to die for her, just like you promised. I don't know what Charlotte promised to make her go back to being all mealy mouthed and "yes father" but I'll deal with that later... So we're all men of our word really, except for the girls who are, in fact, women."

"Shut up! You're next." Barbossa leans in to slit Will's throat.

"You don't want to be doing that, mate." Jack sings.

"No, I really think I do." Barbossa smirks.

Jack shrugs, "Your funeral."

Barbossa rolls his eyes and turns to Jack, "Why don't I want to be doing it?"

"Well, because" He is stopped by Bosun and he roughly pushes the pirate's arm off his shoulder and gives him a glare, they have business later regarding the bruise on Lottie's cheek. "Because the HMS Dauntless, pride of the Royal Navy, is floating just offshore. Waiting for you..." An uneasy rustle can be heard from the pirate crew...

...On the Dauntless Governor Swann goes to have a conversation with his daughters and discovers them to be gone, escaped out a window!

"Oh girls, what have you done?"...

...In the cave Jack is pacing and laying out his plan "...Just hear me out, mate. You order your men to row out to the Dauntless. They do what they do best. Robert 's your Uncle, Fannie's your Aunt, there you are with two ships. The makings of your very own fleet. Course you'll take the grandest as your flagship, and who's to argue? But what of the Pearl? Name me Captain, I'll sail under your colors, I'll give you ten percent of me plunder and you get to introduce yourself as, Commodore Barbossa! Savvy?"

"I suppose in exchange, you want me not to kill the whelp." Barbossa gestures to Will.

Jack glances at will and shakes his head. "No, no, not at all by all means, kill the whelp. Just not yet. Wait to lift the curse until the opportune moment. For instance?" He picks up a few medallions "after you've killed Norrington's men? He drops the coins back in the chest one by one as he speaks. "every? last? one." Jack pockets the last one.

Will sees Jack take a piece of the gold and bursts out. "You've been planning this from the beginning. Ever since you learned my name."

Jack smirks "Yeah."

"I want fifty percent of your plunder." Barbossa insists.

"Fifteen." Jack counters.

"Forty."

"Twenty-five! And I'll buy you the hat. A really big one! Commodore?"

Barbossa grins and holds out his hand, "We have an accord." they shake hands.

"All hand's to the boats!" Jack calls, but Barbossa looks at him askance. "Apologies, You give the orders."

"Gents, take a walk." The pirates chuckle evil and walk away.

"Not to the boats?" Jack askes confused...

... On the Black Pearl Elizabeth and Charlotte sneak on board. They can hear two pirates left on guard duty below debating what to eat first once the curse is lifted. They begin to sneak below to rescue the crew just a the cursed monkey jumps out and creams at them... Neither are impressed. The two guards hear a noise from above and go to investigate, allowing the girls to sneak to the brig.

"Miss Charlotte! Miss Elizabeth!" Gibbs exclaims.

On the deck the guards are looking for the source of the noise shen suddenly one of the long boats comes hurtling towards them from the rigging and knocks them both in to the water. Elizabeth runs towards the boat and calls out, "All of you with me. Will is in that cave and we must save him." Charlotte grabs another rope. "Ready? And heave!" But they realize they are the only two pulling. "Please, I need your help! Come on!" Lizzy begs.

"Any port in the storm." Cottons Macaw cries and Charlotte is heartbroken that the bird isn't with them.

Gibbs shrugs apologetically. "Cotton's right, we've got the Pearl."

Charlotte looks at them all angrily. "And what about Jack? You're just going to leave him?"

"Jack owes us a ship." Marty reminds her.

"And there's the code to consider." Gibbs points out.

"The code? You're pirates! Hang the code, and hang the rules! They're more like guidelines anyway." Charlotte insists. But they won't be swayed, they do help the girls lower the boat out of guilt and as they are rowing the boat alone to the cave both of the Swann sisters mutter. "Bloody pirates."
