I felt as Peter swung back and forth from the ceiling. He was testing out his new webbing he created for his vigilante hobby. It was nice, him slowly gaining that spark that he once lost. Healing was a big commit and I was just glad he stayed around and decided to go through with it.
"I think I finally figured out the correct formula for my webbing. I still need to figure out my suit and everything else but, this is a good starting point." Peter said as he landed on his feet, taking a break from all of the swinging he has been doing for the past few hours.
"That's great Peter," I smiled, "You start doing some stretches' before you do any harm to your body though." I said as I began to massage the other's shoulder blade. "Your starting to get stiff darling."
Peter let out a laugh and wrapped his arms around the taller male's shoulders, "Yeah, yeah. Why don't you come and do some stretches' with me? It'll be a great bonding time." The younger male hummed. His heart however, was beating at a rapid pace. He was nervous.
I hummed and pressed my forehead against his, "Maybe when you get better. Let's just take this slow, yeah?" After that first make out session happened, we decided to not label anything right now. At least while Peter was still in his recovery stages. Once everything seemed to be more stable, they would have to talk about what exactly they were to one another.
"Okay then." Peter mumbled as he pressed a soft kiss at the corner of the other's mouth. "Anyways, I have my therapy appointment at 3 o' clock today. Did you wanna do something after? Or will you be busy protecting Hell Kitchen?"
"We can get dinner after if you want. I'll be out on pratol later in on the night." I replied. Peter let out a content sigh and unwrapped his arms from him.
"Sure, I'll call you when I'm done." Peter then left the room in order to get ready for his day.
I took a seat on the couch and decided to relax for a few minutes before it was time for me to leave the apartment as well. The past few weeks have been weirdly domestic. With Peter seeking out help for his addictions and trauma. And me letting someone in and being so opened with another individual.
It was a good feeling. I smiled as I hear Peter struggle with sweater. Without a second thought, I got up and went to help him. We were going to be okay. We had each other after all.
