The morning has dragged!

From when you got up this morning feeling full of guilt and worry for your friendship with Jimin, the whole morning has been a write off!

The office isn't doing you any favours with more work piled up at the side of your computer and all you can do is stare at the door and tap your pen continuously in hope that maybe you'll feel brave enough by the time you come to leave tonight, that you can find Jimin and let him know that everything is okay and if what happened last night in his car shouldn't have happened, well, then, it will have to not happen again!

*KNOCK KNOCK!*

Your eyes almost spring out of your head when the knocking on your office door disturbs you from your thoughts.

"Come in?" You call out, unsure of who it could be just as lunch time arrives, because it sure as hell wouldn't be Jimin, he'd just barge right in and, as much as it pains you to think of your ex, Tae wouldn't generally knock either just to come and rub some more hurt in your face.

"Hey... I just..."

Jimin's voice?

Jimin knocked?

Maybe you don't have to wait until you leave tonight!

"Jimin?" You blink multiple times, watching as he shoves the door open slowly and carefully while he glances shyly at you.

"Y/N..."

You give him a small smile; it's awkward when everything between you has always been so friendly and sure and now, sex always stirs it up!

"Come in, what's... I mean, is everything okay?"

Jimin nods with an awkward smile of his own before shutting your office door and wandering over to you at your desk; "yeah, I think... I mean, look, Y/N, we always promised we'd never let things get between us and our friendship and... last night..."

"No Jimin don't it's okay..."

"Let me just speak..." Jimin says calmly and quietly as he continues to look right at you, "... I don't want what happened last night to ruin what we have and, I don't want to not speak to you and stuff... I'm sorry if it was awkward or... but..."

You stand up and get in front of him making him step back looking uncertain, "Jimin! Stop! It wasn't awkward if I wanted it too, we... we both did it and we both knew what we were doing... I'm sorry too! Shall we just..." you want to say forget it happened, but you actually don't want to forget it happened at all, you'd wanted it so badly! "... just be us! Y/N, Jimin, we can just carry on" you shrug your shoulders at him and watch as he gives you a tiny smile.

"Yeah... yeah I'd like that" he answers quietly before pulling you into a hug.

It feels amazing! You couldn't have coped losing Jimin! Not after everything!

"Work's been killing me today!" You breathe into his neck as you squash each other close in the hug.

"It's boring right!" He giggles lightly and then steps back to look at you; "... do you want a ride home tonight? We can pick up a take out and eat at your place with a movie or something?"

You smile a genuine, happy smile, "I'd love that... you want that too?" You ask him, wanting to make sure he's okay with all this as well.

Jimin smiles, "I'd love it, so... I'll see you here at 6pm prompt!"

"Thanks Jimin!"

"Anything for you Y/N..." he says with a shy giggle as he wanders away and leaves your office.

Anything for me? Ugh! Stupid butterflies! Go away!

So- Jimin and Y/N are okay around each other again, for now, surely they'll work something out right?
Will they talk through what happened?
