Just to let anyone who is reading this book know, this book is currently unfinished, but everyday, I will post a new chapter for the story, until it's completely unfinished. I would apreciate comments on how I can improve the story, and please share this story with others. Thanks!

Chapter one

"Hey, you want me to pick you up?" I asked grace over the phone. Today was the last day of high school, prom. I wanted to make sure eveything was going acording to plan.

"No, it's okay. I'll just drive there." she replied. Her sweet voice filled my ears. I could listen to her talk all day.

"Alright... Umm. I guess I'll meet you there."

"Bye."

"Bye" I pressed the end call button on my cell phone. I checked myself on the mirror. A small strand of hair stood up near the side of my head. I fixed it quickly, then left for the prom.

Ah. After 4 years, I've made it through River City high school. I've never thought I'd actually graduated, with the way I'd always gotten distracted because of grace. It was finally over.

I arrived at my high school within ten short minutes of driving. It took me a while to find a parking spot, almost every senior was here. I finally pulled into one, got out, and headed towards where the signs pointed.

The ballroom was nice. Really nice. In the middle of the room was a dance floor. It wasn't one of those cheap ass wooden floors though, it was a nice, marble like floor, one perfectly designed for couple dances. Tabled surrounded it, each table contained only two seats. Nice. I felt someone tap my shoulders. I turned around. It was grace.

"Fuck." I blurted out.

"What?" she asked surprisingly.

"You look great." I replied. She was absolutely beutiful. She wore a silky white dress, and she had let her long hair fall. I was nothing compared to her.

"you look good too you know. Come on, let's go find a table." she smiled, and walked towards a table near the stage. I followed her. We sat down on opposite ends of the table, so we could see each other.

"Have you thought about what you're- we're gonna do now that schools over" she asked me. Music filled the backround. Couples were dancing in the middle of the room.

"Im not sure. You have any ideas?" I said to her. I was planning on her asking me this question.

"Not really." she said with a shrug. The key words I relied on her saying.

"You said you like traveling."

"yeah. I do." she said.

"Well, how would you like to travel around the world." I asked her. My heart pounded. I waited for her answer, and hoped she would say yes.

"Sure. But what about money." she asked. Crap. I forgot about how I would tell her I got the money needed.

"Ah. Don't worry about that."

"when?" i pulled out two plane tickets. I gave one to Grace.

" Five days." I smiled as she looked at the ticket.

"Paris? But where are we going to stay?" she asked. I leaned forward and gave her a kiss.

"Dont worry about that. All we need to focus on is that we stay together, forever." I said.

"Hah. That'll be easy. Now come on lover boy. Let's dance."

We danced. I held her close to me, enjoying every moment. I truly loved grace, and from that moment on, I knew I would never leave her.
