Harrison (all lifeguards)- Rescue Accident

Navy- Brielle "Navo's" POV:

Harrison and I are currently down North End on duty, me sitting in the rhino on the driver's side with Harrison sitting next to me watching the water when both of us suddenly spot a girl who's caught in a rip, putting her hand up in the air.

"Ah, sh!t. There's a girl in trouble out the back of the rip." Harrison says as he jumps out of the rhino pulling his shirt off, grabbing a board and quickly paddles out to the girl in trouble as fast as he could before I could react.

But here's the thing, usually when someone's on the passenger side and not driving, they're the ones to get out first and into the water.

I got out of my seat on the driver's side and stood by with my radio in my hand right by my mouth if I ever needed to call for backup.

But as Harrison is coming back to shore with the patient, a huge wave crashes over them causing the patient, the board and Harrison to go three different ways.

"Ohhh... sh!t. Fu€k..." I mutter as I witnessed the whole thing unfold in front of me in the water.

I waited for a moment for the patient and Harrison to get back onto the board, but fortunately for the patient, she had surfaced close to shore and appeared to be okay as she walked over to me.

"Hi, um, the lifeguard who had just rescued me, may have drowned... but I'm not really sure about it because he hadn't surfaced yet..." The girl says, unsure and hesitantly.

"Yeah, I know. I witnessed what happened. It's my responsibility to always keep an eye on the water as to it's my duty as a lifeguard to keep people safe. I have backup coming anyways. But anyways, did you swallow any water??" I say.

"No, I know the tricks to keeping myself calm because I have been watching Maxi's videos and I know what to do when I'm caught in a rip." She answers with a small smile.

"Okay, you're all good. Just swim between the red and yellow flags for me, okay?" I say with a smile as the girl nods.

I quickly pressed the side of the radio once the girl had walked off, "Navo to Bondi Central, a huge wave just crashed over Harrison and the patient causing Harrison, the patient and his board to go three different ways. The patient's fortunately okay. No water swallowed since she had remained calm and used Maxi's tricks. I need the spinal board just in case Harrison has a possible spinal injury, an ambo down at North End and I need immediate backup for Harrison." I say.

"Copy. Backup's on the way and sure thing. I'll have someone bring the spinal board down for you and then I'll call for an ambo." Tom says.

"Copy that. Thanks." I say.

Tom's POV:

"Bondi Central to Lifeguards on the beach, Navo just reported to us that a huge wave had just crashed over Harrison and the patient causing Harrison, the patient and his board to go different ways. Navo needs immediate backup to get Harrison back to shore safely and for someone to come to the tower to get the spinal as a precaution." I say into the radio.

"Fu€k. We're on the way." Deano says.

"Yeah, Jules and I are coming up to get the spinal now." Joel says.

"Copy."

Mouse's POV:

"Ah, sh!t.... We gotta go." I say as Jackson turns on the engine on can-am, pinning it down the shoreline to North End where Harrison just had an accident.
