I was digging a hole in the woods today and while I had gotten pretty deep (4ft to be exact) I noticed something dull, metallic and gray in the dirt, so I had excracated ( Thank you Ms. Rice for that word) it from the mire. It was about 3ft tall and 1ft wide and cylindrical in shape. After opening the lid, I noticed that on the inside it had a small plastic pouch that said," READ FIRST" so I opened the pouch to find a foldedup piece of paper.
When I finished the document,the paralells gave me chills

Hail you who read this,
My name is not important nor is the date, but right now you are standing on the exact same place I am about to die. The capsule you have opened isn't some time capsule some urchin made to pull a trick. No,Reader, this is a time capsule sent from the future to try to warn you of terrible times that are ahead of you. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT throw away this message. I live in a world controlled by a country called Maximum-Russo. PLEASE I BEG you not to dispose of this document. If you need proof of the honesty of this document's geuinicity, let me tell you of how things got to the point where 60% of the world's population were killed 125 years ago by nuclear weapons and the remainder are always reminded of how all this could've been avoided. I have gotten all my information that was saved on a laptop I founded at bombed news station that survived the mayhem and school textbooks that I've managed to hide from the Czar of Knowledge's enforcers. It started like the stories of the dystopian books that we aren't allowed to read. First there was a small terrorist organization that took over the Middle-East bit by bit. The smoldering remains of what was Israel cried out to their neighbors for help but their cries were met upon death ears. Then they tried to call upon the place that I call home for help. The Leader of Americ-Russo only gave the miniscule amount of help. After that it wasn't long until the other terrorist groups joined the the terrorists and took over the countries of Iraq, Iran, Syria, and the tip of Afric-Russo. Soon, they got their bloodstained hands on nuclear weapons. This finally got the ignorant countries attention. They got together and started to use their own nuclear weapons, when Maximum-Russo came in and made a truce with the terrorist that gave them Austria-Russo in turn that they did not bother the rest of the world. They agreed and the populaton of Austria-Russo who didn't join the terrorists were relocated to the parts of the Middle-East that were taken over by terrorist and compenstated for their loss by the coalition of the countries. The World saw Maximum-Russo as the hero that diverted nuclear crises. The Leader of Maximum-Russo was given something called Nobel Peace Prize ( Sorry, I couldn't look it up for the Czar of Knowledge withholds information on the way things were back when you are alive). Things were peaceful for 19 years, by which the leader of Maximum-Russo had died. In the 25th year of peace, all hell broke loose. What the world didn't know was when the peace agreement was made with the terrorist, Maximum-Russo had made a secret deal with them. The deal was that after 25 years they were to shoot nuclear missiles at almost each of the major cities on every continent, excluding Maximum-Russo. The world was thrown into chaos and people rioted. The police tried to keep peace but the frenzied people just attacked them. After 2 months of chaos, Maximum-Russo turned on the terroist and blew Austri-Russo to pieces, to which they then Stepped up and offered the leaders of the torn nations peace. All they had to do was merge with Maximum-Russo (they were called something else back then, again no info). The leaders were offered high positions if they joined.Needless to say they did. After a 120 years order was restored and rebuilding began. By the time I was born, the people's rights were all gone, slowly took away so they didn't notice until it was too late. All protestors were killed in "freak accidents". My mom and dad are dead. The latter was killed for destroying the plans that created the time travel. The Police then came to our house to find them. Before they came, my mother told my to take the plans and run to the woods. Even though I was miles away, I still heard the shot. After that i grew up with a friend of ours and fell in love with their son. Npw I am 20. Brian is dead for rallying for extra food, I have built the time travel machine to send this warning to you. After I finish burying this, I shall take a caynide pill. This is a world I can't live in. Please change things so I will have a better present in the future.
