"PLEASE!" Screams from a small boy named Ciel Phantomhive roared throught the building. Blood flew from cuts all over the fragile boys body like rose petals. Hot tears flew from his eyes as he squirmed on the table. A few men stood above him with wide smiles and blood painted down their bodies.
The boy coughed up blood and tried to scream for help but his voice was to horse to understand. His vision began to get blurry and he began to struggle out of their hold less and less. His eyes shut and he said his deceased mothers name. He knew that he was no match for them so he gave in.
Black. Darkness. The room filled with screams full of terror as a deep voice filled the room with laughter. Ciel couldn't see well yet he could only hear the noises surrounding him. He didn't move, he was to afraid of the unknown man who had entered the room.
"Ciel Phantomhive," the man said with a satisfying tone. The voice calling his name made him shutter in fear. "Don't fear me, my boy," The creature dragged something like a claw its seemed across Ciels chin. "I'm here to make a deal." The man said without emotion. "A d-deal?" Ciel question, was he dead? He was almost sure that this creature was not human, and had no idea what 'the deal' was. "Let me be your butler and protect you until you die." The deal sounded one sided to Ciel. Although he was small he was quite intelligent. "What do you get out of it?" The boy was terrified, but knew he had to pretend not to be frightened. "Once you die, your soul will be mine." The boy could feel the creatures breath against him. Ciel was alone. Ciel had no one to protect him, even though he was terrified he knew he had no where to run. "Fine." He stated as his voice trembled a bit. "Are you sur-" the boy interrupted him quickly "Don't be tedious!" His voice snapped causing the creature to laugh.
-
Ciel layer outside in the pouring rain with ripped clothes and blood dripping from multiple wounds on his body. He opened his eyes. He took a minute to catch his breath before pushing himself up. "H-hey! Come back!" He stomped his foot sending a jolt up his body causing him to fall "-urk!" He laid on the ground in pain. Was that a dream? It must have been he thought as he laid there in agony for many minutes.
"My lord Phantomhive~" a tall, pale, slender man stood in front of him. "Wh-who are you?" Ciel leaned away and turned his face, he couldn't face the man. "My lord, I'm your butler." He smirked and his eyes turned a bright pinkish-red as he knelt down and lifted the boys chin. Ciel looked at him, was he really alone could he only go to a demon for help. Thoughts crowded the boys head causing tears to fall down his cheeks as he shoved himself against the man burying his face into his chest. The demon lifted the boy and walked forth with Ciel in his arms.

[Next Day]
-
Ciels eyes opened to sun filling the room. He stared at the man who stood next to the window with a smile on his lips. "Good morning Master, I have you clothes layed out and have plans to get you a few servents for the mansion." He said it plainly as if nothing had happened the night before.
"W-what?" Ciel was left in total confussion. He stepped out of bed and looked down seeing he was dressed in his sleep attire. Come to think of it he never remember changing, or getting back the the mansion! Did he really bring him here?
He cleared his throat and nodded, "uh, thank you... Um, sir. What do I call you?" Ciel realized he never got his name. "Whatever you please, my lord" he placed his right hand flatly against his chest and knelt down and bowed his head.
-
"Sebastian Michaelis." He watched the demon kneel down. Ciel had begun to grasp the fact the this thing, this demon belonged to him. No one else just him, he was no longer alone and he could finally avenge his mother and father. He wouldn't let anyone get in his way! No matter what he would kill his parents murderers and show no mercy!
Sebastian stood to face the boy, he knew that Ciel soul was full of hatred and it brought a smirk to his lips. For the boy meant nothing to him. Ciel was aware that he might be betrayed by the demon, but was tired and just gave in. He did as Sebastian had planned that day and found their selves a proper maid. She wasn't the best, but she would do. Her name was Mey-rin and she was sweat and did her job so that's all that mattered to him.
-
The day was finally over it had seemed like it took forever. Ciel walked into his bedroom and Sebastian followed. Sebastian stripped the boy and put his night time attire onto him. Ciel was very uncomfortable that a strange man had seen the boy exposed like that, but he just kept his eyes off of him and got it over with. He walked into the bathroom to wash his face, but his reflection stopped him. He turned to face the mirror, he lifted his hand and touched the swollen red skin around his eye. He cried himself to sleep the night before. He couldn't take his eyes off the bright purple symbol imbedded into his right eye. That would never fade he made a deal with a demon, he lost his entire family and couldn't do a thing about it. He couldn't look at himself without feeling disgusted.
"Go away!" Ciel shouted at the top of his lungs as he threw his arm as hard as he could against the glass mirror. The glass shattered and Ciel fell back from the force as his fingers bled. Ciel held his hand and buried his face in his knees as tears fell. Sebastian quickly ran into the bathroom and yelled "Master!" He knelt down and took the boys hand and looked up at Ciel. "My lord are you alrig-" Ciel looked at him with tear filled eyes "g-go away" his voice trembled. "Leave me alone! Give me my family back!" He punched him multiple times in the chest. The butler clenched his eyes, yes it didn't hurt him as much but the repeated swings made him ache a bit, but he knew he was hurting so he didn't try to run.
Sebastian lightly grasped his hands trying not to hurt him. "Let g-go" he squirmed out of his grasp but Sebastian only tightened his grip. "My lord... Calm down." He said calmly as the boy struggled more. He wasn't mad at the demon, but he had no one else to take it out on. Ciel felt like he had made a mistake and had soon regretted his decision. He stopped struggling and turned his head down and layed it aganst his chest.
Sebastian ran his fingers softly through his hair repeatedly. He stayed like that for around ten minutes before cleaning up the mess. He took ciel to the guest bathroom because his was covered in glass. He sat him on the counter and cleaned out his cut and removed the glass. Ciel gripped his shoulder tightly and clenching his eyes. Sebastian wrapped up his cut and took him into his bedroom.
Sebastian was about to exit the room when Ciel stopped him. "Sebastian, wait!" He sat up and looked at him. "What is it, my lord?" He turned to face him. "Promise me... Promise me you will stay with me until I die." Ciel looked at him with sad eyes with no more happiness inside. "I promise, my lord." He bowed his head.
Ciel loved the butler being there for him, but sometimes he wished for more emotion from him.
-
Ciel woke up like the morning before with the sun shining in his eyes and a tall butler standing by the foot of the bed. Ciel sat up and rubbed the sleep from his eyes and Sebastian began to undress him. "Today we have nothing in particular planned." Sebastian planted a smile across his lips. Ciel couldn't stand how he could always pretend that nothing happened and that everything was ok. Ciel sat still as Sebastian slipped off his shirt and replacing it with a nice dress shirt. The boy was trying to avoid the thought that Sebastian didn't care about anything in the past, but was struggling. Ciel clenched his fists and inhailed trying to keep the tears from falling. "Seb-Sebastian..." The boy said softly with his head down. Sebastian grew a bit concerned with his actions. "Is everything alright, my lord?" He looked at the boy. Ciel lifted his head to face him, but he kept his eyes down in embarrassment. "Do you really... Do you really care?" His voice quivered as he spoke. He hated getting to attached, he didn't want to get hurt again, but he knew it was too late.
Sebastian looked into the boys eyes with caring eyes. "My lord, of cou-" Ciel slapped Sebastian across the face with the back of his hand. "Stop treating my like your master!" He clenched his eyes shut as water dripped down his cheeks. Sebastian's eyes were lit up in shock and he looked at Ciel. "Ciel I- I had no idea..." He lifted the boys chin to look him in the eyes. Ciel was red with embarrassment and kept his eyes off of Sebastian's. They sat there for a while before Sebastian lightly fixed the boys hair. Ciel rolled over onto his side and looked away from him. Sebastian ran his fingers gently up and down his arm. "Ciel all I wanted was for you to be happy, I'm sorry I failed you." He bowed his head lightly laying against Ciels side. Ciel turned his head to look at him "w-wait, you really care?" His eyes widened a bit. Sebastian looked up and lightly caressed his face and looked him in the eyes "Of course I care!" He said sternly. Ciels cheeks grew bright as he gazed into the demons eyes. He could feel himself pulling closer, before he knew it his lips had collided with Sebastian's. Sebastian used his hand to turn the boys head as Ciel moved with his butler.
Sebastian removed his lips and kissed the tip of his nose before standing up again. "Ready for the chores ahead?" Sebastian smiled and slightly tilted his head.
-
Ciel had finished all the thing on his agenda and sat on his king bed and read a book titled 'book of murder'. Ciel checked the clock as a man stepped inside. "Its time to get some rest." Sebastian said walking towards the boy.
He pulled the ribbon off and let it fall to the floor then removing the main piece and placing it in a bin full of dirty clothes. Ciel was left in an undone button up shirt and shorts. Sebastian took him into the bathroom to wash him. As Ciel removed the last bits of clothing he grew embarrassed. He never minded being revealed to him because it had just become habit and he grew used to it, but ever since this morning he had been dreading this moment.
Ciel let himself sink into the hot bathwater avoiding eye contact with the demon. "Hurry I'm tired" Ciel lied to quicken the pace. Sebastian nodded and did as he always would. He washed his hair then took a washcloth and washed his body, dragging his hands across every inch of his skin. Ciel kept his eyes off of him the entire time. Once Sebastian finished he wrapped him with a towel and placed his night time attire onto him.
-
Ciel layed in bed staring at the ceiling. He couldn't get this morning out of his mind. He actually kissed Sebastian. That was actually his first kiss and he was quite proud of it, but it still bothered him for some reason, but he couldn't put his finger on it. After an hour he let hiwe're slip into a deep sleep.
Air filled Ciels lungs sharply as he shot up forward gripping the sheets with his cold fingers. "Sebas-" He yelped at the top of his lungs before covering his mouth. He looked at the floor as he tried to catch his breath. He looker out the window to see the darkness from outside, it was late, he was just having a nightmare. Again. The same one that he had been having all week. The mansion was burning and only Ciel made it out alive. He had to watch as Sebastian slipped away from him and he couldn't stop it. Ciel covered his eyes with his hands and turned his head down.
"Ciel Phantomhive" A tall figure slipped into the room. Ciel kept his eyes closed in embarrassment as the demon caressed his face. He figured it was Sebastian, so he couldn't face him at this moment
"We must hurry, for your admirer is waiting." The man said before throwing a piece of fabric around his mouth and taking him out the window. Ciel panicked and opened his eyes wide to see that this man was definitely not Sebastian. He kicked and swung at the demon but it had not use, for the creature was stronger.
-
After minutes of struggling the man place Ciel in an empty bedroom and leaving the room. Ciel had no clue where he was but he knew he had to get out. Ciel ran to the window and wiggled it but it was locked, so was the door. He spent about an hour trying to get out before just giving in. He sat on the bed and stared at the ceiling waiting for something to happen.
-
It was about 5am when a young boy skipped down the halls of his mansion. "I got Cieeel! I got Cieeel!" He repeated in a sing-song tune as the door to where Ciel was flew open. "He's even better than I imagined!!" He yelled as he twirled in a circle. The blonde boy ran up to Ciel and hugged him as Ciel grunted and tried to get away from his grasp. "Ciel don't worry! You're safe here." He giggled and poked the tip of his nose. "Don't touch me!" Ciel yelled as he shoved the boy away. The blonde boy ppouted and stomped his foot. "You're very impolite," he said shaking his head "my name is Alois Trancy, the head of Trancy Estate." He held out his hand hoping for Ciel to shake but he slapped it away. 'I don't care who you are!" He shoved past him and ran to the door.
A dark figure swiftly stood in front of the boy. "Where do you think you're going?" The man smirked. It was the man who kidnapped Ciel the night before. He turned around to see the boy, Alois, waving at him. "Oh, Ciel, we're going to have so much fun tog-" Alois began, but Ciel cut him off "Sebastian is going to kill you! You just wait!" Ciel yelled at the both of them. The butler walked up from behind him as he fixed his glasses "I doubt that, my boy" the man smirked.
