"just throw the ball!"
a student from the opposite team yelled at miki as she was holding onto the ball unable to decide what to do with it.
miki wasn't good at sports.
she had never really taken an interest to it.
but the frustrated yells and stares of the other players only worsened her frozen state.
suddenly the ball was taken from her by none other than nishimura riki.
riki wasn't particularly good at sports either. he just happened to be tall which gave him a great advantage especially at basketball.
miki was fuming. she wouldn't allow him to humiliate her.
just as miki was confidently preparing herself to take the ball back, the ball had already been thrown.
and it was flying straight in her direction.
students gasped as the ball hit miki's face with the force throwing her back to hit the floor.
miki held her forehead as she could feel her head pounding with pain.
"nishimura threw that ball really hard"
miki's head shot up at the mention of his name. of course the culprit was him.
miki stood up and grabbed the ball from the ground and started making her way towards him.
he had officially pushed her over the edge.
riki was shocked to say the least.
he didn't intend for the ball to hit her.
he chuckled as she stomped towards him. he found her red face and little angry stomps cute.
miki grew even more furious as she saw him chuckling and smirking at her.
she had reached her limit of tolerating him.
miki held the ball in her hands and aimed it straight at him with the intention of hitting him straight in his face.
riki didn't have time to react as he didn't expect this from her.
he flew to the floor while he could feel a striking pain in his nose.
"he's bleeding!"
one of the female students yelled which made other students gasp and run to help the fallen boy.
that was the last thing miki saw before dizziness took over her and her vision turned black.

things are getting a bit out of hand for these two..
