Fearless, I become,
A bird without feathers,
Wings stuck, frozen and numb,
Supposed to fly in all weathers,
Now left here all alone,
Wings broken by force,
Time borrowed, always on loan,
Look for meaning at the source,
Heal piece by piece,
Until the day finally comes,
When pain will finally cease,
Wings beating, the sound a soft hum,
Fly, fearless, broken bird,
Before they break you again.
