Powers: Ghost-Like Physiology
Izuku is not entirely dead, with his strong will, need to save people, and a little serum he whipped up in secret to cure his cancer, he would not rest in peace. So, some time after he was buried, his body converted to an ectoplasmic liquid substance, letting him 'live' again. While he can still be harmed, it is much harder to do so, and he can regenerate very fast, like regrowing his whole head in a matter of minutes. Izuku can also phase through things, though this requires consecration, become semi-invisible, also requires concentration, transform and generate more of his ectoplasmic liquid to make things such as weapons and fit through small gaps when he can't phase, fly, and even has minor telekinesis. Izuku is also technically immortal but certain things could put him into a state of death like sleep, and there is only one thing that can actually kill him.
Weaknesses: Overuse of regenerate causes the body to heal much slower then normal humans, overuse of phasing and invisibility causes ectoplasmic liquid to become unstable and the body begins to fall apart, can't phase through certain materials such as salt and iron, and religious artifacts make him weaker. The only thing that can kill Izuku is another supernatural being.
Background: Izuku's mother died to cancer when he was young, and his father was murdered before he was born. So, a hero named Gran Torino, or Sorahiko Torino, took him in, as the man owed a debt to Izuku's parents. You see, Izuku's parents were a doctor and a nurse who saved Sorahiko after a battle with a man named All For One, and he would never forget it. Sorahiko eventually grew attached to Izuku, and even helped the boy design a hero costume, which even included a scarf just like Sorahiko's. Then, after all that time, Izuku was diagnosed with terminal cancer. The now 10 year old boy only had a month at most. That didn't stop the ingenious boy made a serum meant to cure his cancer. It didn't work, but when the time came, it brought him back. Izuku quickly found three graves next too his, two of which he had seen before, his mother's and his father's. But the third broke his heart and sent him on a mission to end all villains. The third belonged to Sorahiko, and it said he died fighting villains.

Quirk: Poltergeist
(I'm changing it to make it more compatible with Izuku) The user of this quirk can float, become invisible, and become intangible.
Weaknesses: Overuse will cause the user to lose energy, and if they continue to use it beyond exhaustion, it could kill them.
Background: Praised for her powerful by her parents and peers, you'd think she'd be confident, but it's quite the opposite. Being a shy natured girl she has a hard time trying to be a hero, but that won't stop her. Especially after she meets something from her wildest dreams.
