• a school day •

It was the first day of school and I was getting ready. Mandy texted me telling me to meet her at the park so we can walk to school together.
I quickly got dressed and made my way to the park. I saw Adam and all his friends there so I got a bit nervous as they always shout things at me.

Adam glanced at me and said "oh look it's Jolie, what are you doing here?" He stared at me questioning. "Waiting for Mandy, why?" I replied. He completely ignored me after that. And then I got wacked in the face by a ball. The group of boys began to laugh so I walked away a bit. I looked up and saw Adam laughing. It broke my heart but I don't know why, I don't like him like that.

He looked up at me and kinda gave me an apologising look. I looked at him and then looked away, finally Mandy came and we both started walking to school.
" I hope my brother and his mates didn't do anything." She looked at me and asked. "No they didn't, don't worry." I answered shaking my head. I know I lied, but I didn't want to be known as a snitch.

I saw Adam and his mate Charlie walking in the hallway. Charlie whistled at me while I walked past, I laughed to myself and kept walking until I heard Adam speak up to him. "Don't do that." He said to Charlie. Charlie looked very confused and just said, "sure, but you definitely have feelings for her."

I smirked to myself and walked off. "No I don't, it's just she's my sisters bestfriend." Adam told Charlie. "Ye so? You can still have feelings for her." Charlie said laughing raising his eyebrows. "Shutup!" Adam laughed carrying on walking with Charlie.

I went to Mandy's house for a sleepover at the end of the day.  I asked to go to the toilet and she told me it was on the left hand side up stairs. And of course I don't know my lefts and rights, so I ended up walking into someone's room. I walked into Adam banks's room. Adam looked up at me while he was on phone to his mate, Charlie. "Can I help you?" He asked looking confused as I just stood there staring at him speechless.

"Omg, I am so sorry, I'm gonna go bye!" I said quickly while running out of his room and shutting the door. Well that was embarrassing i thought to myself. I finally fount the toilet. I walked downstairs after I finished with what I was doing, and Mandy looked at me and said " what took you so long."
"Uhm nothing I got locked in." I said quickly thinking of something to say.
She just laughed so I started laughing as well.
