USC VP TESTED POSITIVE FOR DRUGS Clinical Records reveal USC's drug test results by Lionel Silvestre
THE VICE PRESIDENT of the renowned USC has tested positive for drugs during the USC's drug test, a source revealed to the office of the CHRONICLERS
Francine Silvestre, who has been acting different than normal which caused suspicions that she was under the influence of drugs.
Based on the statement of the Students on the unusual behaviors of the USC VP Francine Silvestre, as well as the results from the drug tests conducted by the Clinic, the USC VP Francine Silvestre is under the influence of drugs.
Based on the USC's own rules, a student under the influence of drugs must be punished severely, even if it may be one of their own officials. Therefore, the USC VP Francine Silvestre should be punished according to their own laws.
If such crime is to be let go by the USC, this can serve as evidence that the USC is unjust when it comes to punishing normal students and punishing their own officials.
