"Clay, Jackson, I know you're used to dealing with my father, unfortunately, he's sick right now and I'm the only one you got. You're just gonna have to suck it up this time. Now, what can I do to help?"
Before either one could nod or say what they wanted a voice called out from behind them, their voice getting louder as he approached their tiny, hushed huddle. "Miss Gears! What did you say your full name was?"
She flashed the officer a sarcastic smile, "I didn't." He raised an eyebrow over his sunglasses and the silence was enough for her to tell her he would wait for her name. She sighed irritability and folded her arms. "First name; Grinding. Middle name; My." With a wink, she waved to Clay and Jax who were now smiling at the raven-haired women. "Jax, you know how you can reach me."
Jax's smile was still wide as he nodded in return. "Indeed I do."
Authors note: This is going to be a slow burn since I want to include Tara!! I feel like she plays an important role in how Jackson loves (ed), and trusts. If you put aside how hot Charlie Hunnam is I think everyone would treat his character (Jackson teller) differently - he is a womanizer, he's done many horrible things and so has Tara. So I want to bring Tara into it because she plays a big part in who jackson is as a person.
