Just Pretend

Chapter 10

Noah picked her up and set her on the table behind them. Never removing his lips from hers. They clung to each other as if their lives depended on it. Noah moved his mouth down to her neck , leaving kisses and bites as he went. His hands gripped the bottom of her dress and hiked it up to her waist as she undid his belt and pants. In one swift movement her panties were on the floor behind them and his pants and boxers were at his knees. He pulled her to the edge of the table and lined himself up at her entrance. He captured her mouth in a smouldering kiss as he pushed inside of her. 

They both moaned into the kiss . They broke apart and Noah rested his forehead on hers as he picked up the pace. Neither one knowing they would last long. 

"Fuck ive missed you. I love you."

He mumbled as he gripped her thighs tightly with every thrust. Lennox had her arms wrapped around his neck . In a way making sure he didn't go anywhere.

"I love you too. Fuck yes…right there. Im gonna cum."

She threw her head back and moaned loudly as he picked up the pace. The table was hitting the wall with every thrust and they knew the others could hear them.

Noah wrapped his hand around her throat and then kissed her hard. That was it. She came with a muffled scream of his name. Before she could come down from her high Noah grunted and came as well. They stood like that for a few minutes just trying to breath before Noah pulled his pants back on and went to find her panties. He slid them back up her legs and then pulled her dress back down.

"I never want to be without you again. You are literally my everything. I'm so sorry I put us through this bullshit. Please forgive me."

He pulled her into his arms and nuzzled his face into her neck.

"I forgive you, but if this shit ever happens again I will never give you another chance. I will also let Arwen and Parker beat your ass. So you should be afraid….especially of Arwen."

They both laughed at that. 

"Trust me, im already afraid of Arwen. Parker not so much."

They left the room and entered the bad omens dressing room once more. Everyone in the room grinned as they entered.

"Stop looking at me like that."

Noah announced as Jolly and Nick shook their heads. 

"Well thank god the plan worked out. Now we can all move on with our lives."

Lennox rested her head on Noah's shoulder and rolled her eyes at the others in the room. 

"As hard as this has been for the two of you its been just as hard for the rest of us too."

Jolly explained as he watched them together.

"You all know how we like to take it hard but this was not what we meant."

Everyone laughed and Noah apologized once more for what he had put everyone through.

They all hung out for a while before the band had to pack up and get ready to leave. They were due in Alabama the next day. Lennox didn't want to leave him but she knew she had to let him go. 

As the band finished loading their equipment into the van Jolly, Parker and Arwen began to speak to each other in private. At first Lennox didn't think anything of it because she was so focused on Noah. It wasn't until they all said their goodbyes and had loaded in the car that she questioned it. 

"What were yall discussing with Jolly before?"

She asked as she looked out the window. She was happy but also sad at the same time.

"Oh it was nothing. Just talking about you and Noah."

Parker replied and Arwen nodded. Lennox shrugged and let it go. She knew there was more to it but she was too tired to press the topic.  She laid her head against the window and hell asleep. 

Over the next few weeks Lennox spoke to Noah as much as possible. They had gone back to normal , as if the breakup never happened. 

The events in Daytona kept them all busy with work. Which kept her mind off of missing Noah.

They had deadlines and photo shoots galore. Race season in Daytona was the worst few weeks of the year. People were rude, entitled, and very pushy.

It was probably the main reason they would ever move out of town. Of course being a popular photography company meant they had to work it every year.

A month had gone by since Lennox had seen Noah when Arwen and Parker came into her office and plopped down.
