On saturday Pearl, the cream colored gem, woke Steven. "Ahhh!" Steven screamed rolling out of bed. "Pearl! Why where you waching me!?" The pink gem ordered, standing up on his feet. "I-uh..." Pearl started to blush. "I kinda watch you every night. "Pearl said blushing even harder. "Thats it! No more watching me at night okay!?" The pink gem said walking into the kitchen to have a cookie cat for breakfast. "Yes...understood Steven only watch you when you take naps in the morn-" Pearl was cut off. "NO NEVER!"Steven screamed. Pearl flinched. "S-sorry..Pearl." Amethyst, the violet colored gem, ran into the room. "Hey little man!" The violet gem said as she jumped up and ruffled Stevens hair. Steven laughed. "DOUGHNUTS" amethyst yelled. Steven nodded and they ran outside. "Bye Pearl!" Steven called out from behind him. Pearl say down and started to read a book on the table.

In Garnets Room...

Garnet the red gem paced the floor she was so confused for some reason. Garnet finally walked out of the room when she was sure no one was there, but sure enough, Pearl the pale gem was sitting on the couch reading a book. Pearl turned the page and looked up at Garnet. "Oh hey Garnet. Amethyst and Steven went to that doughnut shop they always go to, so I was stuck here... I thought I was alone..." Pearl blushed and st her book down on the table infront of her. "You can...sit down you know." Pearl blushed a bright blue an scooted a little to the left. Garnet sat down without saying a word. Because I Garnets weight, Pearl slid to the right where the red gem sat, and fell unto her. Garnet didn't seem to notice and all Pearl could say is,"Garnet are you okay?" Garnet blinked, but didn't answer. Pearl managed to get herself up and waved a hand infront of Garnets face. "Helloo! Garnet!" Garnet looked up. "Sorry Pearl..." Pearl blushed. The two sat in silence. Pearl noticed she couldn't stop staring at Garnet. Garnet was so deep in her thoughts she didn't notice Pearl staring.
"I've been feeling so odd lately around Pearl..." The red gem thought. "Well I couldn't help myself I mean her pretty skin light hair her beautiful eyes and the way she-" Garnet gasped and ran into the temple to her room. Pearl swollowed hard. "Why couldn't I stop staring at Garnets face just maybe because her beautiful lips are taunting me!" She thought. "I wanna kiss-" Pearl gasped and though aloud, "I-I like Garnet!" Pearl blushed and buried herself in the couch. "Please no... it would be weird because Garnet is already a fusion and-" Pearl realized she was thinking aloud when Amethyst and Steven ran into the door. "Those were some good doughnuts." The pink gem said setting the bag of doughnuts on the counter. "YUM!" Amethyst yelled. "Amethyst!! Paleez!" Pearl said angrily standing up. "Jeez grouchy pants..! Hey Steven wanna go play video games and eat snacks untill we pass out!!?" "Yes!" Amethyst and Steven ran to Amethysts room and silence filled the room once again. "I don't know what to do now... I wanna tell Garnet I love her but...I can't."
Pearl slouched down on the couch. "This is going to be a long day..." She sighed.
