Chapter 30: The Finale

Zach looked up and saw a giant wall made of flesh. It slowly approached the bridge. The group drank their buff potions and got ready. Bell shot an arrow at the wall, but suddenly a small mouth-like thing blocked the arrow. It was attached to the wall by a tendril, but it snapped and it flew at Bell. She shot it. Mike shot a fireball at one of the wall's eyes. It seemed to recoil in pain, but kept going forward. It didn't seem that there was anything that was going to stop it. It got to the bridge and started eating it. The group started to run away. Zach flung his Sunfury at the eye and lodged it in there. It took rapid damage as it started bleeding. Bell rapidly fired with her Hellwing Bow, and the bats bit the Hungry, killing a lot of them. Mike used his Flower of Fire to blast the eyes with fireballs and they burst into flames. The wall started speeding up. The group ran faster. Zach stabbed a lot of the Hungry with his Dark Lance. Bell fired with her Phoenix Blaster. Some shots hit the eyes and mouth, but most killed the Hungry. The mouth started burping up Leeches. 

"Gross!" 

One latched on to Bell, but Zach slashed it in half with the Night's Edge. The eyes of the wall started shooting lasers, and some hit the group. Blows were exchanged between the wall and the heroes, and the wall slowly got faster. More Hungry came out of the wall, and the group used all their might to kill them before they got out of hand. Bell threw some Beenades that swarmed the wall and the Hungry. The wall got really fast. The group ran as fast as they could. The wall was getting desperate. It fired lasers really fast. One laser hit Mike and he fell over. Bell picked him up. She shoved a healing potion in his mouth and threw him ahead. He got up and fired demon scythes at the wall. The wall was on very low health.  Zach ran up to the wall, jumped up to the eye, and stabbed. 

A roar was emitted out into the whole Underworld. Zach fell onto the platform. He looked around and noticed they were at the very end of the platform. In the wall's place was a cube of purple bricks. Everyone was confused. Zach broke in and found three treasure bags. The group went home. They went into the house and saw the Guide wasn't there. They were sad. They opened their bags and each got a Demon Heart, a Pwnhammer, and a respective emblem for their weapon class. Zach got a warrior emblem, Bell got a ranger emblem, and Mike got a sorcerer emblem. Zach got a Breaker Blade, Bell got a Clockwork Assault Rifle, and Mike got a Laser Rifle. They looked outside and saw a blue area, with fairies and unicorns. Once they defeated the wall, the ancient spirits of light and dark were released.
