The Deadly Snail

Crisis

It was a fantastic day, the water was clear, and there was no storm. Peso just got dressed, and he slid down the Octo chute. He met Captain Barnacles in the HQ.

"Hello, Captain Barnacles," said Peso kindly.

"Hello Peso, I need you to do something," Captain Barnacles said.

"I'm not busy today, what do you want me to do?" Peso said.

"I want you to discover new creatures in the ocean," Captain Barnacles said.

Peso entered the Gup-E and Tweak opened the Octohatch. Peso drove the Gup-E and found a coral reef. He went to explore the whole place. Suddenly, he spotted a cone snail. Peso was shocked. The cone snail stung him with a harpoon. Peso passed out instantly. Fortunately, Lemmy, the lemon shark saw him pass out. He swam to Peso and got his Octo watch.

"Captain Barnacles," Lemmy said.

"Yes, what's the problem?" Captain Barnacles asked.

"Peso got stung by a cone snail!" Lemmy worriedly said.

"We're coming to rescue him, Barnacles out," The captain said.

 Captain Barnacles presses the Octo-alert to let everyone come to the Launch Bay.

"Octonauts, to the Launch Bay!"

Soon enough, everyone was in the Launch Bay. They immediately got in the Gup-A and went out of the Octopod. 

"Captain, why am I coming along? I'm not a medic," Shellington asked.

"You know the most about science and are the closest one we have to a medic for Peso, he can't help himself right now," Barnacles replied.

"I'm a bit angry, why didn't Peso just ask for help when he just got stung?" Kwazii angrily said.

"Don't blame Peso now, we must rescue him first, he's in trouble," Barnacles said.

While in the coral reef, Lemmy was trying to wake Peso up. 

"Peso, can you hear me?" Lemmy asked.

Peso didn't respond, he was sick.

"Peso, please wake up," Lemmy said.

Peso still didn't respond. So Lemmy gave up trying to wake up Peso, it would take forever.

In the distance, Lemmy saw the Gup-A. He carried Peso on his fin and swam to the Gup-A. However, before Captain Barnacles carried Peso into the Gup-A, a leopard seal took Peso away. Lemmy quickly went after the leopard seal. He slammed into the seal, causing Peso to fall out of the seal's mouth. Lemmy carried Peso on his fin and brought him to the Gup-A. Captain Barnacles picked up Peso and immediately drove the Gup-A into the Octopod.

"Will Peso survive?" Kwazii thought.
