The Stall Door

Chapter Twelve

  

      The next day at school, Adri wasn't there. Where the hell was she? What was Dom doing to her? I had so many questions that were remained unanswered at the moment. I was so upset over the whole thing still, especially since now I had to go with Steph to homecoming.

"So what color is your tie? Should we match or-"

"Shut up Steph"

"Come on, just answer the question"

"I'm not wearing a tie"

"Bow tie?"

"No"

"Hey you better cooperate, I've still got the video"

"Ugh fine"

Adri needed to come kick Steph's ass before I do. But of course I can't until after homecoming.

Steph smiled mischievously and continued asking questions.

The next class I ditched, I needed to get the fuck away from her. I looked down at my black jacket and sighed. I continued walking down the sidewalk. I didn't even know where I was, all I knew is that it was a run down apartment building. I heard someone tapping on the glass though. I glanced over and found a girl pounding on the glass. Adri! It was actually her! I ran up to the and went to open the door, but it was locked. Shit! I ran around the house and jumped on top of the trashcans. I reached up and grabbed the window sill. Of course, I slipped off and landed on my ass. Adri peered down at me and pointed at a stick on the ground. I picked it up and shrugged. She rolled her eyes and pointed again at me. I threw the stick down and stood back on top of the trashcans. She nodded in approval and pointed at the window sill. I reached up again and Adri opened the window.

"Hey ass hole, get me the fuck out of here and I won't kick your ass"

"Whoa calm the fuck down, just hurry up" I replied stepping off the trash can.

Adri turned around and slid out of the window.

"You gonna catch me?"

"Yeah let go"

She jumped straight into my arms.

"Thanks asshole"

"Why are you so mad at me?"

"Let's get away from here for now, then i'll explained everything"

We ran towards towards the gate, hoping over it, and continuing down the sidewalk.

We finally stopped at a park by our school. We sat down underneath a tree in the center of the park.

"Okay, spill" I explained.

"Well the reason i'm pissed is because you is because you didn't do anything"

"Wh-what do you mean?"

"You completely let Dom take me away and went back to Steph like that"

"What was I supposed to do?"

"If you were a real friend, you'd actually save me before anything happened"

"What'd he do?"

"The obvious, raped me, abused me for leaving him"

"Oh my god"

"Yeah"

She gazed down at her feet and sighed.

"Did you call me your friend?"

"Yeah but don't make a big deal out it, i'm still pissed"
