An Adventure of a Lifetime (Nonbinary Version)

Introduction

Hello everyone!

This story will be a reader insert, which means you put your name whenever you see the abbreviation Y/N (your name). The abbreviation L/N is for your last name.

Anything in italics is the reader's inner thoughts, and anything in bold is an author's note even if it doesn't have "A/N:" by it.

If you see any errors in grammar, punctuation, or spelling, please comment them. I try my best, but sometimes Grammarly doesn't catch them all.

All point-of-views are yours unless listed otherwise.

The years listed in the musical like "1776" and "1780" are still included, but imagine the story events as one after another unless a time skip is specifically mentioned.

Important: The only characters married in this story are Alexander (later in the story) and Washington.

Also, I wrote the reader to be nonbinary, so you will see pronouns such as "They" and "Them" when being addressed by another character. Please let me know if I miss anything. I already have a "she/her" version of this story and if you'd like a male version or other gender just let me know! 

One last thing: There will be no swearing or anything inappropriate. This book is safe for all ages regarding those issues. There will be some war scenes, however, but I will always put a warning at the beginning of the chapter if they appear in that one.
