I wake up feeling refreshed, having the best sleep I've had in ages, remembering the events of last night. I smile. He may have continuously paraded in front of me with different girls every day, but the events last night makes my heart flutter as realisation hit me.

It wasn't Hunter last night. It wasn't Eren. It was him.

He doesn't hate me. He doesn't dislike me. I don't know if he loves me or not, but the only thing stopping him from returning my love for him is because I am unmated, underaged and I am his best friend's sister, to top it all. Everything that those girls aren't.

He's simply waiting for the right time and right moment when being with me will no longer seem that he is taking advantage of me or my feelings for him.

"You have a mate out there, and you know me. I don't mess around with unmated she-wolves. And you're Mateo's sister, for goodness' sake."

Unless I am reading it all wrong. Unless he was just really turned on because of all the sex noises that we've been hearing from the other rooms.

'He could've mated you last night, you know.' Eren tells me.

'He wouldn't.' Eden tell him. 'I doubt he will.'

I let them talk to each other, as I push myself out of the bed when I see a box on my bedside table. It is a red square box with a pink ribbon.

"What is this?" I whisper to myself. I open it to see a golden necklace. The pendant is twelve-spike star with a diamond in the middle and a diamond-crusted ring around it.

"It's beautiful." I whisper as I stare at the necklace and Eden nods in approval.

'Who is it from?' Eden asks. There are no notes that come with it but inside the cover box are the words Happy 17th in a very familiar penmanship. I smile as my heart flutters with joy. Aries.

He is one of the very few people that knows about my love for anything with stars.

I quickly send him a text message confirming if it was from him, it sure is. Smiling from ear to ear, I put on the necklace and strokes the pendant in joy.

There was a knock on my door and Mateo emerged from it, followed by Charlie.

"Where's Aries?" I ask them.

They look at each other then back at me.

"Didn't he say bye to you?" Mateo asks me and I shake my head. "He's gone. He went somewhere and will be gone for a week."

My heart sank. I just texted him and he didn't mention about it. He didn't even say goodbye.

Around this time every year, Aries disappears, and no one knows where he goes. But I doubt that no one actually knows. His parents at least should know. Mateo and Charlie seem to know where he goes too but would not let it out.

"That's a nice necklace." Charlie commented. "Who is it from?"

I held onto the pendant and smile at him.

"Ah, I know." He nods and turns to the gifts sitting on my floor. "Have you started opening these?"

"No, you both want to help me?" I ask them and they agreed with a smile.

I received a variety of gifts. Clothes, jewellery, gadgets, shoes, books and even stuff toys.

"Hey, this is from me!" Charlie exclaims when he found his gift from the mountain of gifts. "Open it!"

I grabbed the small bag and pulled a small box from it. It contains a pair of north stars drop earrings made of gold.

"Did you and Aries shop together?" I ask.
