It turned out that nezu already informed izuku's family while shinso and shouta is talking so they saw the portal and saw the Afton's
What are you waiting for come on now Clara said as they all enter the portal towards the hospital
When they got their Eli Mari Clara Shikumo calmed the three girls down until they fall asleep
A few hours later shouta is panicking
