Okay. When I said I wanted to stay, this wasn't what I had in mind.

I am currently in the office - the Security Office. I was told to 'sit and stay'. It was an order from Y/n, so I will gladly follow through; even if I makes me panic about her wellbeing. I sat in the wheely office chair and did the best I could to entertain myself, but all attempts ended up in flames. No matter how many paper airplanes I threw, or how many sketches I drew. The scenarios of Y/n somehow getting herself lost piled up in my head. It was hell to think the worst. It truly was.

"Go look for her then." A deep voice rang through my mind. Demanding that I was to leave the office. And it was right. I mean- what could be the harm in checking on your best friend? To me, that's pretty normal for any friend to do.

Normal.

What a silly word! No one's normal.

I was about to leave the office when I was suddenly pinned to the floor, my chest pressing against cold carpet as a icy cold metal hand held my arm to my back. I was stunned to say the least. "Naughty girl~ Naughty girl~" Sang a raspy robotic voice. Though, I couldn't pay attention to that. I was more focused on the floor. It felt like its never been vacuumed, let alone washed.

'Disgusting. Don't these people know how to clean?!' I cringed as I already knew the answer was 'no'. Suddenly, I was lifted from the floor and pinned to the wall. The wall was just as unsanitary.

"Who are you and what are you doing here? No one is allowed after hours,"  Spoke the animatronic[which I got to see was Moon Drop]. "Better have a good reason shorty~"

Now, don't get me wrong, being short is no problem for me. I quite enjoy it. BUT when SOMEBODY ELSE calls me "short", we got problems. So, without a second thought, I flipped myself around and kicked him away. My femur meeting solid metal and probably bruising the area hit.

"Who the flying fuck do you think you are?" I growled, "I don't have to answer to you- you piece of worthless junk."

I pulled out my switch blade, pointing it at Moon Drop.

"Don't fucking touch me."

With that, me and Moon Drop fought. Things crashed to the floor as he slammed us into the security desk, my knife being knocked from my hands. I gripped his arms tightly, my nails digging into the metal, denting it. Using all my body strength I forced us onto the ground again, my hand bawled into a fist, ready to punch this crescent-shaped fuck face.

"Mariana, cut it out! That's the Daycare Attendant!"

"Y/n!" I smiled, climbing off Moon and dusting myself off. "I was- no- he DID attack me first! He pinned me against the floor, called me a 'shorty', AND slammed me into the desk!" I pouted. Moon looked at me, a judgemental stare. "You snitch-" "Shut it!" I snapped back at him, causing the bear animatronic[that was standing next to Y/n] to chuckle into his hand, eyes flashing with amusement.

"Maraian, I doubt he did all that. Just because he looked at you, doesn't mean he threatened you." Y/n facepalmed. I looked at her bewildered, placing a dramatic hand on my heart with a gasp. "Yes it does! Look at me, AND YOU DIE-"

"I die." Y/n sighed, a hand on her forehead as her shoulders shook in strained laughter. "God, what am I gonna do with you?" Looking up, she turned her attention to the so called "Daycare Attendant".

"You okay?"

"I'm fine. Your friend here is a feisty one- she dented my metal a little but, overall, my system says I'm okay." Moon said.

After the whole "Moon Ordeal", Y/n left us to check on Montgomery Gator. Something about him throwing a tantrum earlier and having to be locked in his show room.

I waited with Freddy, watching Moon take off to the Daycare Grounds. It was a comfortable silence for me, for I had no desire to talk with the animatronic bear.

But, it would seem that fate had other plans for me.

"Mariana?" He spoke softly, looking down at me in hesitation. I slowly looked up at him, my head tilted in question. I really didn't want to talk at the moment.

"Hm?" Was all I could force out. He perked up at my response, a smile playing onto his metal face. "Oh, good. I got your name right." he chuckled, "how was your day here, at the Mega Pizzaplex?" "It's been quite the experience." I spoke quietly, looking to the floor to avoid further eye contact.

As we continued to stand around and wait for Y/n, my injuries started getting to me. I winced slightly as I applied pressure to my leg, not only that, but my spine started to hurt too. Freddy seemed to catch on to my distress.

"Are you alright? You look hurt-" "No. I'm fine," I blurted, "you're imagining things." I tried to shuffle away discreetly from Freddy, but as I put weight on my leg, my knee buckled and I almost fell over.

Key word: Almost. The metal bear caught me before I could hit the hard ground. His cold metal hands holding me with care as he scanned me.

"You have severely injured your right leg and lower back. You need medical attention." He stated bluntly. I looked at him, shaking my head immediately. "No no no, I don't need-" "yes, you do."

He wasn't going to take "no" for an answer.

~

Blood rushed to my cheeks as I laid on a sofa- his sofa. He had instructed me to lay down on my belly so that he could ice the injury.

This was far beyond icing an injury.

"Is this okay?" He spoke warmly, massaging my exposed lower back lightly. I shuddered at the feeling of the metal on my bare back, it being slightly cold but bearable. I was ready to sit up, already lifting my body to do so. "That's enough, Freddy. You can stop-" "lay back down," He pushed me flat again for the fifth time, "you need to relax your muscles- you've been tense this whole time." I whipped around, giving him a stare. "Well, it's kinda hard to relax when someone is touching me!"

Time stopped for us. Freddy looked at me in shock, opening and closing his mouth several times before actually saying something. "Do you not like physical contact?"

That stumped me. And, just like Freddy, it took me some time to respond.

"I don't like physical contact, nor do I hate it. It's just.." I sat up, trying not to make eye contact with him as I swallowed thickly. "I'm insecure about it. I know that, I wouldn't be able to give that affection back, nor would I even be capable of such emotion. I hate my qualities."

There was silence for a bit, Freddy's shifting being the only thing to break the deathly still air. "Well," he pulled me close, hugging me in his arms. I didn't have time to react.

"I think they're pretty great."

Me and Y/n made our way out of the building, the animatronics following behind us.

As I was about to enter the car, I gave Freddy one last glance. I was greeted with his heartwarming smile and a thumbs up.

I felt my lips perk up, giving him a smile in return.

Maybe, just maybe, letting my walls down isn't such a bad idea.
