'In a town where everything that glitters isn't gold, Elaina was born to two dysfunctional people who decided to have a one night stand with each other. Barely knowing anything about the other person, they still proceeded to do the do. Growing up, Elaina was perceived as this angel who wouldn't do anything to destroy her reputation as this perfect daughter. Elaina was a people pleaser, and always wanted to be considerate of how other people feel. It took Elaina a long time to realize that hey, I'm gonna do what makes me happy and there is nothing that can get in the way of that. She had a complicated childhood, her biological mother was in and out of her life until the age of 10. The first time her biological mother left, she was 3. This took her though a stage of feeling unwanted by somebody who was supposed to provide a unconditional love. This resulted in Elaina resenting her mother for a long time. 5 years without having a stable emotional outlet was hard for her to process. Thankfully, Elaina had grandparents who took her under their wing and raised her like she was their own. Now, her grandparents were very traditional, her grandfather was a retired pastor and her grandmother was the first lady. Growing up in a Godly household, it was mandatory that she attended church, read her bible and pray every night before she went to sleep. This was something that made Elaina question her fait. How can a person go to this sacred place of worship, praying to someone and shes not really sure if they exist or not. Being a person to repress childhood trauma, it was easy for Elaina to mask her true feelings, or really express what was going on behind the fake smiles. As long as everybody thought she was happy, thats all that mattered.

At the age of 7, Elaina found a passion for something that really ignited her fire which was dance. She had never taken any professional lessons, everything that she learned about dance came from Americas got talent, So you think you can dance and

Americas best dance crew. Watching these shows, really gave her that push to actually pursue a career out of dancing, however life had other plans.
