Marriage is an easy thing to explain, right?
It's a union between two people in a personal relationship. Simple. It's about love, trust, and wanting to share positive feelings and experiences with the person you care most about. Easy. And that love is described as a feeling of intimacy, passion, and commitment. True love is devoid of disappointment, impatience, irritation, or anger.
Jimin's assumptions about weddings were similar but some how different, why?
Oh, how he wished for a wedding with the one he loved though. To see that person walk down the aisle to him rather than the other way around.
Not being forced into something that will only lead to misery.
That's right, misery, and the entire castle is decked out in magnificent, flamboyant splendor of the Spirit Realm's finest wealth. For a land so barren and depressing, to be decorated with gold-gilded walls, ornate finery, and crystal chandeliers was peculiar. A king stood immediately inside the palace doors, in stark contrast to the seemingly endless misery.
Jimin's blue hair curls at the nape of his slender neck making him a wickedly tempting sight. The rosy tint on the round cheeks stands out in the bleak depths of the Spirit Realm. Lips were stained cherry-red, highlighting the unblemished, succulent, plump skin.
His outfit was tailored to Taecyeon's preferences; the intention of being removed easily for the king's promised activities in his room.
"You look beautiful!" Jimin's shoulders drop in response to the heartfelt compliment, but his head rises to see what his royalty statue has gotten to him.
"You must be overjoyed." The scratchy words fell on deaf ears, but a knock on the door sends Jimin spinning in the opposite direction. Someone rushes to open it ahead of Jimin, and they are greeted by a dashing Jisung dressed in a lovely suit.
"Don't you look less ugly!" The king raises his brow but smiles, the child has was of growing on him.
"You look great." The child smiles and twirls to show off the outfit his mother made for him.
"All right, let's go!" Jimin gasps, slamming his hand over his chest in shock, and the maids inside all make excited noises when Jisung extends his hand.
"Are you bringing me to see your king? Is it time?" He nods and begins walking, clearly uneasy with the attention the lovely women have lavished on him. Jisung leads Jimin to the throne room, where nearly everyone who wanted to show up, did so. "Have you seen anyone who looks like me?" Jisung shook his head, and the king nodded slowly with his lips pressed together. It was a strange getting thing to ask, of course, no one like him would be allowed to be in the realm until after the wedding, but it was worth a shot.
Jimin tries to not have the whole ordeal affect his attitude toward Jisung. The lady thing he wanted was to make Jisung sad but the king had to think rationally.
