Yeah, a cute girl sparkling with glitters on her background. As she strolls the canteen she caught my attention;my smile turned to a frown as I got nearer into her, she is just the usual face, the usual face who rejected me months ago. No wonder she wears a yellow line yard. She was first year back then I was third year. I joined the publication of my dear school and met her in an entire different setting.
As we attended the competition regarding campus journalism we became instant friends. She was planning to take her lunch when she has no company with her. I volunteered from an unusual chicken tereyaki dish of hers and my canned tuna we swapped for a little while and her chicken turned in a soy sauce oriented dish Filipinos cook alot of times.
Enough of the flashback. I tried to say words but my mouth struggled to open. I tried to wave but my arms became weak. I tried to be noticed but the crowd don't want to. She passed by me, no emotions, no smile whatsoever, no greeting, and no regrets.
I remembered complimenting her profile banner on facebook that says: "Never never something that made you smile." I made her smile up to her ears, I made her laugh almost rupturing her esophagus now I am just a mere stranger.
That is the thing that is weird with girls. You confess your feelings you get closer to them, one day they will make you feel that you just came to their life. You become complete strangers nothing more nothing less. You feel that you are just rejected but they can't say it directly.
Name? I can't mention. But you can guess as the story progresses.
