The Time Is Now

The three Calamity gods, now all three of them wearing their armor, got their weapons ready to go, Anne took her sword and charged it up with her calamity energy, and Sasha did the same with her war hammer, and Marcy did a couple stretches to ease herself of any stress she may have before they enter battle, she then took a massive crossbow and a sword. Then the Calamity gods walked outside to meet up with the rest of the military. Doctor Terri approached them and said "They're all set, so, shall we get moving?" But Anne noticed something and said "They look a little worried, hang on, I'm gonna try and encourage them a bit." She then stood on top of a military vehicle and said "Good evening soldiers." Everyone looked towards her including all of her friends, she continued on "Before we enter this battle, I just wanna say that from this day forward, humans and Amphibians will become unified, although we are dimensions apart, we both share a common interest, and today the Amphibians will join us in battle and fight for a world that is not theirs. Soon we will be launching the largest battle in the history of both Amphibia and Earth, words should have new meaning after today. And should we triumph over Darcy and bring them down, then this day will go down in history as the day where two worlds from two universe's spoke out in one voice THAT WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT! WE WILL NOT PERISH WITHOUT A FIGHT! We're going to live on, we will survive, and after today, humans and Amphibians will finally be able to coexist with each other! Today, we will confront the invaders head on! AND WE ARE CANCELLING THE APOCALYPSE!!" Everyone cheered from her speech she just gave, her parents were sobbing with Pride. They all raised their weapons in the air ready to fight. Anne got down and Sasha and Marcy hugged her. Marcy said "Oh my goodness you actually referenced that line from Pacific Rim!" And Anne replied "Wait, that line was already taken? Oh..." Marcy and Sasha laughed. All the soldiers got to their planes and started taking off. Their main goal was stopping the calamity box from charging up and destroying everything, once the gems were placed onto it they would only have a few hours to stop it since it takes quite a while for it to generate that amount of destructive energy from the gems. As Anne was about to leave, Sprig suddenly approached her. Anne looked at him and said "Hey Sprig, shouldn't you be getting ready to leave for battle?" And Sprig said "Yeah I know, Ivy and Polly are waiting for me, but in case I don't survive this battle, I just wanna say that everything we've been through, it was fun." He smiled as he said that. Anne smiled and said "Hey, you're not gonna die, not on my watch." And then Sprig replied. "Spranne against the world?" And Anne responded "Spranne against the world." She then knelt down and hugged Sprig. And then Ivy shouted "Come on Sprig we need to go!" And then Sprig turned around and left. Anne watched several fighter jets taking off and said decided it was time to leave for battle. She walked over to Sasha and Marcy, they both levitated into the air with their powers, and Anne was about to follow them, but then, her parents approached her, and then Mrs. Boonchuy hugged Anne. Anne said "Hey, Mom don't worry, I'll be alright." Her mother still held onto her crying with tears of joy saying "I know... It's just that me and your father cannot describe just how proud we are of you!" Anne smiled and replied "It's alright Mom, I already know." Her mother let go of her as Anne said "I'll see you both on the battlefield. Then the President walked over to Anne, he saluted her, and Anne saluted back, and then Anne levitated into the air and met up with Marcy and Sasha who were waiting for her, and then, the Calamity Gods blasted off into the sky triumphantly into a battle that would define the fate of humanity. As Anne's parents watched her fly away with her friends, they were both still crying of happiness, seeing their daughter become a true hero that she is was something they could only dream of before. Then the President said "Hey, we should probably get on the plane so we can get on our way to the battle." And Mrs. Boonchuy said "Yeah, we'll be right there..." Eventually she and Mr. Boonchuy got on the plane with Olivia and Yunan behind them, then the plane took off and flew in the same direction the Calamity Gods went. The final battle was about to begin.
Meanwhile back at the destroyed city, the massive fortress had been completed, Darcy watched as the massive forcefield began to completely cover up the central building they were inside, they then said "Finally, the stronghold is done, the time has come for this world to fall." They then went and grabbed the corrupted gems and took them over to the Calamity box. They put all three gems into their respective areas on the box one at a time. And once they were all attached, the box began to shake as pure energy began to emit from it. Darcy then went and turned the little crank on its side, winding it up like the music box it was. They then said "This will be the countdown before ultimate destruction. It will take a while to charge up." They continued to wind up the box before finally stopping, they watched as the crank began to wind back down, slowly but surely, this is how Darcy would know how long it will take before the box is fully charged by the gems, once it finished winding back down, boom. Darcy watched as electric sparks of orange lightning emitted from the box and said "The clock is ticking humans!" They began to laugh as the calamity box continued to wind back down and charge up even more. Time was running out.
