So Im bad at describing things but here it is
Its a rosalie hale book and in it the oc is played by megan fox I don't remember the oc's name but in the book she has a twin brother named kol and I think the oc claim is timothee chalamet and he is dating emmett but the girl oc and kol were in the volturi and the kings made jane and alec say that they are the mates to the other set of twins. I also know that the oc's power is to control fire well I think that it is.
Hopefully whoever knows this book will please tell me the name cause Im having trouble finding it. P.S sorry for my bad description.
