Untitled Part 16

Chapter 16

Trevor's p.o.v:

"It all started at the airport." I began. "When I saw you going down the moving walkway I saw you smile, and something between that time something changed. Ever since then I can't stop thinking about you." I pause and look up at her to send a signal that I am done for now.

"It all started at the airport for me too." She softly combs back her hair with her hand. Even though it's the smallest of movement, the way she does it makes my stomach flutter.

She continues her story.

"When I saw that huge smile you put on while standing on the moving walkway, I just couldn't help but blush. Something also changed and I'm just happy that you felt something too."

Erin has always been good with words. In high school they even gave her an award for one of her stories, she has won multiple for her poems. I start to think about how she used to always read before we filmed a video. She said it would help her calm down her anxiety. Hey that would be a cool name for a song. I must have looked like I zoned because I soon hear Erin calling my name.

"So... What do you think of my idea?"

"I'm sorry I zoned out." She rolls her eyes then laughs.

"I think that we shouldn't tell Sarah and Toby about what happened, at least until they start going out."

"Going out? Do they even like each other?"

"Are you blind?" she asks playfully

"Oh thats right you and Toby aren't that close, I guess I'm just the glue that holds us together." She smiles, the sun is now shining right down on her brown hair with golden highlights. They shimmer in the light, and she looks beautiful.

I decide to tell her the truth about my opinion.

"But, I want everyone to know that you're mine. I don't want people hitting on you or vice versa." I look over at her and she blushes she is so cute when she does that.

"I do too, but just for a while ok?"

"Ok." I say in a solemn voice.

"You're the best Trev!" She gets up and heads back over to the door of the bus, but she stops just as she is reaching for it. She turns back around and heads for me. She give me a kiss, I wish it could last forever but it doesn't. She heads back to the door and stops once again but this time only gives me a smile. It's sincere and shows affection.

After she has been gone for about an hour I check the time. 6:23 I decide to go for a walk. I used to go for walks all the time back in high school but now I'm home schooled. They would help me clear my mind especially if I had a big test or somthing along the lines of that. I start to think about how much we have all grown over the past 4 years and especially over the trip.

I miss the past, but I wouldn't change anything if I was to go back.
