When we got home I sat down in the living room and went on my phone. Annie walked in the door behind me and went into the kitchen. The way our house is, from the kitchen you could see into the living room. I could feel her staring at me but tried to ignore it.

"Val...can you please come to the party? Everyone wants you there and chances are you wont even see Eren, you know how big his house is just ignore him."she pleaded.

"An, you know what he did. I don't want anything to do with him."

It went silent for a bit.

I couldn't help but think to myself that she has a point. I mean, maybe shes right. I wont have to see or talk to him. Just avoid him. It'll be like every other time. 

She gave you one last "please" look which made you give in. Annie wasn't the type to pressure you too hard and you appreciated that.

"Okay fine. I'll go whatever"
I say in defeat. Her expression became a little less cold and you could see a slight smile.

She finally spoke up, "It starts at 8 so we do have some time, im gonna shower."

I nod and she leaves to her room. I check the time and see its 4pm. So I still had 4 hours. I decide to take a a nap in the meantime.

After I woke up to my alarm at 6, I immediately got into the shower. I shave, exfoliate, wash my face, body, ect. Once I was done I got out and turned some music on. I picked out a dress, it was short and black. I picked some gold jewelry out to go with it. The dress fit me well and I felt pretty in it.

I sat down at my vanity and started my makeup. I primed my face after moisturizing and then did my base. I did some eyeliner and put on a warm blush. Then I put lashes on and then some highlighter on my eyes, nose, and cheeks. Before I did my lips I got up to go brush my teeth so I wouldn't mess them up. I then came back to my vanity. I quickly lined my lips in a darker pinkish nude and then applied gloss.

After I did my makeup, I put some perfume (warm vanilla sugar to be exact) and checked the time. It was 3:34 so I went to go see if Annie was almost ready. I still remembered how far he lived so I knew wed have to leave around 20 minutes before 8.

I walked to Annies room, knocking before coming in. She had her hair up in a neat bun with two strands left out in the front. She was wearing a red dress she looked amazing in. I let out an audible gasp while pretending to faint and loose my balance.

She had a tiny grin at my reaction. "Thank you Y/m. I'd say you look decent yourself." she said rolling her eyes.

"Anyways are you ready to go? she nods while getting up. Spraying herself with perfume one last time. I nod.

- one car ride later

The two of us pull up to his house,no..mansion. We step out the car and walk up the path to his front door. It had been awhile since I'd last been here.

I grab Annies arm and the two of us walk in. The music that was quiet and muffled outside was now almost the only thing you could hear. It was 8:11 so a few group of people had already arrived, this included the rest of ours.

"Im gonna go find Armin, the drinks are over there and Sasha should be here, call me if you need anything" Annie says before walking away.

I walk through the crowds of people into the kitchen and set down my bag before grabbing one of the solo cups on the counter. I put some jungle juice into it along with an extra shot of vodka, which was probably very unnecessary but who cares? Might as well have fun I'm already here.
