There he is, Harry Styles. The bad boy of the school, he's the guy with the tattoos that smokes. The guy my parents warned me about. I couldn't believe I was actually going to do this, but my parents just aren't getting the message. I'm not a little girl anymore, I'll be 18 in two months. Maybe this isn't the best idea, in fact it's probably the worst one I've ever had, but it's all I've got. I take a deep breath, and make my way over to him, where he's leaning up against the wall, smoking a cigarette. His curly brown hair and intense green eyes make me nervous, but I don't know if that's the right word to use.

"Uh... Harry is it?" I ask, clutching your binders tightly to your chest. He slightly shifts his neck in my direction.

"Yeah, why?" He responds, only looking at me from the corner of his eye.

"Do you think you could um... help me with something?" I ask him, looking at the ground. I honestly can't believe I'm going to ask him this.

"Probably not, but that depends, what is it?" He responds, now looking at me directly.

"Well... Could you maybe be my fake boyfriend tomorrow night?" I say, so fast he probably didn't understand the words that came out of my mouth.

"Any why would I do that?" He asks, raising an eyebrow. Holy, I didn't think I'd get this far.

"Uh... My parents still treat me like a kid, and 'dating' you is the only way I can think of that would make them alter their thoughts?" I respond, sounding like an idiot.

"So basically, you want to piss off your parents, date me to scare them, show them you're all grown up?" He smirks at me. "What would be in it for me?" He asks. Damn, I don't know. There's nothing really in it for him is there.

"A home cooked dinner...?" I trail off, knowing that the idea was foolish in the first place.

"Wow, that's fantastic." He says sarcastically, running a hand through his hair. I scowl at him.

"Chill babe." He laughs, "Don't get your knickers in a twist, I'll do it." My mouth opens in shock, I wasn't expecting this.

"On one condition..." Harry continues. "I'll be having to go to a boring family dinner of yours, so the day after, I get to take you on my idea of a date." Hearing those words come out of his mouth make your heart beat a little faster and make your stomach feel a bit more uneasy. There are many thoughts of his idea of a date running through my mind right now, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.

"Fair enough. But I don't want there to be any smoking or drinking or anything." You say firmly.

"I won't be doing any of those things, don't worry I can't guarantee others won't be though. I just want you to let loose for a night, see how you act when you're not so uptight." He whispers, he's so close, I can feel his warm breath on my cheek. With that he stepped away from the wall, and walked into the building without looking back.

Fast forward a day, and I'm currently frantically running around my room, trying to find something decent to wear. I eventually decide on dark wash jeans and a white lace shirt, as it's not the fanciest of affairs. I apply my last coat of lipgloss, and head down the stairs. Just as I reach the dining room, the doorbell rings. I shout at my parents that I'll get it and I race to the door. I quickly fix my hair and open the door. I'm greeted by a very badass looking Harry leather jacket and all.

"Come in." I say, gesturing for him to enter. As he comes in he whispers,"Don't forget, we're supposed to be dating." Before, I wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into, but now I do. I'm in full acting mode, and I'm about to do whatever it takes to prove to them I'm not a little kid anymore. I'm ready to be as deceptive as possible. I grab Harry's hand, and it's quite big compared to my own.

"Mom! Dad!" I shout. "He's here!" I hear them bustling around the kitchen, and they take their sweet time before they make it to the doorway.

"Hi, Harry is it? It's a pleasure to meet you." My mom says, looking at him sceptically.

"Yeah, it is isn't it?" He says, smirking at her. My dad just scowls at him, and my mom's fake smile is now replaced with a frown.

"Let's eat, shall we?" I suggest, attempting to break the awkward silence.

Once we're all seated with out meals, the questions begins.

"So Harry, what do you aspire to do after high school?" My dad asks him.

"Well definitely not school. I'm really into music, so my band and I are trying to get a record deal." He responds; my parents trade disapproving looks. Huh, I didn't know that, that's actually quite cool.

The rest of the night went by agonizingly slowly, filled with my parents questions and Harry's smug responses. I can honestly say I was relieved when it was over. After Harry left, he reminded me of our date the next day, and he said to wear something 'a little sexy for once?'. Despite the fact that I don't believe in dressing provocatively for anyone, and I was actually contemplating this, was quite peculiar. But, it was an unusual occasion, so I decided, why not go out of my comfort zone for a night?

~

I had to admit, I actually looked kind of hot. I'd rummaged through my closet to find one of my old leather jackets, and I'd went out and bought a body con red dress, just for the occasion. That, paired with black pumps is definitely a killer outfit. And a soft smokey eye, red lip and straight hair completed the look. I made my way down the stairs when I heard a car horn coming from outside.

"Mom! I'm going!" I shout.

"Okay honey, just let me come say bye!" She yells back, running to the door. When she sees my attire, her face is priceless.

"Y/f/n, you are not wearing that out! That reminds me of the piece of innocence I lost, and you're surely not losing yours tonight." She says sternly.

"Well, I'll still be innocent when I get home! Bye mom, see you... I don't know when." I say, shutting the door behind me. I run to Harry's range rover, and tell him to drive the moment I'm seated in the passenger seat. I'm out of breath, and my cheeks are probably flushed.

"Are you serious?" Harry asks, scoffing.

"What?" I reply sharply.

" I said a little sexy not make every guy fill with lust, sexy." He says, his eyes narrowed. I laugh.

"Sorry 'babe'. You said let loose, so I am. Let's go." I say, just wanting to get to where ever the hell we were going.

~

Turns out, Harry was taking me to a concert. Frankly, I don't even know what band it was, all I know is it was the best night ever. Harry and I were so close to the stage we could feel the guitarists sweat when he did his hair flips. And fortunately, on the way there Harry played the bands albums so I learned the lyrics fairly quickly. I spent the night head banging and singing loudly, not caring about how sweaty I got or how high my dress was on my thighs. Honestly, I think Harry had a good time too. When he drove me home, he played the cd's again but this time, every once and a while we'd look over at each other and start laughing about something that'd happened during the show. And how cliche is this? When he dropped me off, instead of just letting me get out on the driveway, he walked me to the door, and kissed me. You know those 'sparks' people talk about in the movies? Yeah, I got those. Flashback to when this happened :

"So what made you talk to me in the first place?" He said, tucking a strand of hair behind my ear.

"Probably your long hair and tattoos." I respond, smiling.

"Well baby, than you're in luck."
