This forest... why is it so... familiar. The trees and bushes are exploding in my memories and bring me to life. I'm running . Faster than normal, like some kind of animal. Something behind me snarles and sprints close to my ankles. Wait... these arn't my ankles. These are the ankles of a beast... or at least some form of a four legged animal. I feel normal like this is who i'm supposed be. It's so natural. But no time for that. The beast is even closer than before. I run faster and try and find an escape. It's so dark and it's hard to dodge the trees in time. I spot something out of the corner of my eye. A shimmer of light peeking through the foliage. I instantanously turn towards the beams streaming through the trees. As i turn though My... paw slips out from under me and I fly and land, sprawled out on the grassy terrain. My pursuer stops about 5 meters from me and couches into a pouncing position. I recover and get myself into a somewhat defencive position.

"Who are you?", a feminine voice wispers in the back of my mind. I dismiss it and try to focus on my attacker. It looks like a wolf with light brown fur and bright blue eyes. A sence of ergency was in its eyes.

"Who are you and how did you end up in my woods?" The voice was more clear and louder now. I knew without a doubt the voice was coming from the beast... but how?

"Who am I?", thinking to myself because it seemed like a mystery to me too.

"That's exacly what I'm asking." The wolf said ergently. How could she hear what I'm thinking?

"How can you hear what I'm thinking?" I thought plainly.

"There isn't any time for that I just need your name so I can find you."

Find me? What does she mean?
"My name is.... it is ..." I stumble.
What is my name? Who am I?

So many question cloud my brain everything is foggy. The light in the distance is dimming slightly which takes me by surprise considering how bright it was before.

"Can you remember your name?" She thinks quickly. "Anything at all?"

"No I can't." I mutter honestly.

"Then there is no time to lose, follow me."

And in an instant we are off. Sprinting though the woods as fast as we could towards the light. Every second the light getting dimmer and dimmer. The closer we get, the less and less forest debree there is.

Just as we are nearing the edge of the forest, I notice what the source of the light is. The moon, bigger than i have ever seen before.

Right outside of the forest there is a hill that extends what seems to be the very bottom of the moon.

"Almost there." I hear as we approach the top of the hill.

Now at the top of the hill, I look around to see only plains and forest. The sight of it takes my breath away. I have never seen such a beautiful scenery. The green trees and lustrious grass glows under the light of the full moon.

"Howl." I hear enter my head.

"What?" Not knowing what to think of the word.

"Howl and you will wake up." She says as if she is used to it.

"Wait a minute. I'm asleep?" I say reluctantly, highly doubting that something so real was just a dream.

"Yep. And when you wake up you will be in a place you have never seen nor heard of before."

"But why?" I say, confused at what she is saying.

"You will find out eventually when you wake up. Oh and by the way my name is Maria. You will see me soon after you wake up and you will need to show me that you are the one of whom the angels have called down."

"Wait do what now?" The moons light was just about out.

"You need to howl now! Or else you will wake up and everything will have been a waste!"

"Okay! Okay!" I howl, not quite knowing what I'm doing. It doesn't sound bad so I continue and Maria joins along with me. The beauty of the sound was overwhelmingly more beautiful than the scenery. A harmony of serenity. The Moon's light explodes into something brighter that light itself. A blindness comes over us but we keep the song up.

Then nothing. No sound or light or darkness or air or smell. Nothing.

The fluttering of my eyes makes me feel secure knowing that I didn't die.

The smell of pine and a gently spring breeze brushes over my nostrils. My eyes open to see only the bright blue eyes of a beautiful young woman.
