Tubbo walks over to them all. They began discussing what happened. Tommy kept denying everything.

You walk over shortly after to see what all the yelling was about.

George and Dream were yelling at Tommy, while Tubbo, Quackity, and Fundy were trying to find out the truth.

"Tommy needs punishment for what he did." Dream says firmly.

"You're not going to punish me, because I didn't do shit." Tommy defends himself.

"Tommy you're the Vice President, you can't be doing this. If I find out that you did something, you will be punished." Tubbo said, he was getting annoyed.

Tommy just looked at him.

"Tommy, did you burn down George's house?" Tubbo asks.

"No." Tommy responds simply.

"Tubbo I need to speak with you alone." Dream says.

They both walk away to discuss in private.

"He did this, didn't he?" Tubbo asks with disappointment.

"He did. You're the president, and I know you want peace." Dream said.

"I want to resolve this peacefully." Tubbo insisted.

"I'm sure we can, but Tommy isn't peaceful. As long as Tommy is the Vice President, there can't be peace." Dream explained.

Tubbo stood there in silence for a minute, "What do you suggest?" He asks breaking the silence.

"My suggestion is that you exile Tommy." Dream said while looking over to Tommy.

"Wow." Tubbo said, shocked.

"Get him out, that's all I have to say." Dream said as he began to walk back over to George.

"I'm sure you'll make the right decision." Dream said without turning back around to look at him.

When they returned back to the group, Tommy was yelling about something.

"You need to be quiet from now on." Tubbo commanded.

Tommy just stared at him.

"Big Q and Fundy I need to speak to you in private for a moment." Tubbo said while motioning them off to the side.

"What did Dream say?" Quackity asked in a calm tone.

"He suggests exile and banishment. It has been made every apparent that Tommy has burnt down George's house, and I don't doubt it for a second." Tubbo says, he looked nervous.

Fundy and Quackity just looked focused and surprised.

"I feel like jumping to an extreme is no way to handle this, I say we take Tommy to court and we attempt to put him on some sort of probation." Tubbo offers.

"I agree. Let's take Tommy to court. We can figure out a way to do it without getting messy." Quackity agrees.

Fundy nods in agreement.

"We need George, Karl, and Tommy in court." Tubbo says.

"Quackity, you will represent Tommy." Tubbo insisted.

Even though you couldn't tell what Tubbo was saying, Tubbo really looked like a leader. He looked like he had been doing this for years, when in reality he was still pretty young.

They let everyone know the plan and they made their way to the court room. Tommy resisted and argued at first before eventually quieting down and listening.
