I woke up on the sound of a ringing phone, I went downstairs to pick up the phone. I picked it up "You have to come to Horror Street, right now!" The caller said. "First of all, who are you?" I asked.
"Doesn't matter just co...."The caller said before the phone hung up.
I didn't know what to do but I had a feeling that I didn't feel for a long time, that hunger for mystery. I knew what to do but I had to do something before doing so; I picked up the phone, "Hey, Scarlett." I said, "Hey K....", she said. "Call me Doctor Fear, would you?" I interrupted. "Why is that?" She asked. "I'll tell you later, we have to meet right now!" I said. "Where?". "At Jake's diner." I whispered. "Jake's diner. It's that serious?". "Yes." I said then hung up.
June 12th, 2022, 11:15 pm:
I arrived at Jake's diner and sat on a table. I waited for fifteen minutes then I smelled a familiar smell, I looked up and saw her. An angel from up above, Twenty-Five years old lady, blue eyes, brunette and an angelic smile. "Hey, so what about the Doctor Fear thing?" She said. "Come with me" I said. I stood up and walked towards the cashier and she followed. "I would like a burger." I said to the waitress." with extra spices, please." I added. She looked at me with caution. "Which spices do you want exactly?" the waitress said." Basil, anise, saffron, mustard, enoki mushrooms, nutmeg, thyme, ketchup, eggplant and yam." I said. The waitress went in the kitchen. "The ways of creating passwords changed this days!" Scarlett said. "I know, It became so obvious'" I said. The waitress came back with a small key and let us in a small hidden room." At the end of the corridor there's a door, you know what to do". She said

We walked to the end of the corridor, I pulled the key out of my jacket and opened the door. "After you." I said. She smiled and went in. I pressed the light switch to light the room. "So, you want to know why I called you, right?" I said. "Yes, please." She said with a confused look. "I got a call." I Said "And?" "It was from Horror Street!"I said. "Actually, I never knew why the residents called it Horror Street" she said wondering. "Well, we are about to know." I said. "What did the caller say anyway?" She asked. "He said that I had to come and when I asked about his identity the phone hung up while he was talking." I said. "Well, That's strange." "Yeah, I know."
There was a silence for a long time. Scarlett broke the silence and said with a smile. "So, what about the Doctor Fear thing?". "It's a name I made up because I think my house is bugged." "I think I will call you that from now on." She said and then laughed loudly. "As you like, Scarlett." I said with a smile. She stopped laughing and said. "So, when are we going?" She asked. "Tomorrow." "Too soon don't you think?" She asked. "No, I have to know what's happening as soon as possible." "Fine, I am going home." She said seeming upset. "I'll be there at 8 am." "Fine." She said with an angry look on her face and stormed out of the room
