"She is in the rainbow room."
———
December 10, 1978.
It's been a while since Michelle and I's fight.
I still can't get what she said out of my head.
My father?
That can't be right. Right?
There is always the possibility that she was lying just to catch me off guard, but it seemed too random, too outlandish.
On a more exciting note, Christmas is coming up. Can't say I'm very excited, though.
I do want to get Eddie something. He deserves it.Until next time,
Chrissy———
I let out a large sigh. I just got home from the lab, and I'm exhausted.
Not just exhausted, though. I feel drained.I was currently laying in my bed, tangled in my white bed sheets.
These couple of months have felt like decades. I'm so tired.
I begin to feel by eyes shut from exhaustion, but am quickly shook awake by the sound of the kitchen phone ringing.
Annoyed, I climb out of bed and trudge into the kitchen, picking up the phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, is this Chrissy?" A familiar voice says.
"Yeah, who is this?" I ask, knowing the voice, but not being able to put a face with it.
"Vicky."
My eyes widen and a smiled grows on my face, "Vicky! Hey."
Vicky laughs, "Hey, Chrissy, are you free next Wednesday?"
"Yeah I should be. Did you want to do something?"
She hums a yes, "I was thinking we get lunch?"
"Yeah, that sounds great!"
"Awesome!" I flinch when I hear a bang on the other end, "JOEY!"
"Hey! Your sister is not a punching bag!" She inhales deeply, "I have to go, talk to you soon!"
"Yeah, you too."

"I think I'm starting to get better, don't you think?" I ask Eleven, referring to the six I just scored.
She giggled lightly, "Yes, but I am still best."
I laugh, "You got that right."
We continued playing for a bit before Brenner entered the room. He approaches the two of us.
"Hello, Eleven." He smiled at the girl, "Ms. Morgan." He acknowledged me.
"Are you up for some lessons today?" He asked Eleven.
She nodded, "Yes, Papa."
Brenner smiled and grabbed her hand, walking away from me.

THIRD PERSON
"I want you to try your hardest to crush the can in front of you."Eleven tried, but failed.
Brenner sighed, "Let's move to another exercise."
He took out a piece of paper and drew a flower, "Close your eyes and see if you can figure out whats on the paper."
And Eleven obeyed. It's not like she had a choice, anyway.
It took a good minute, but eventually she said, "Flower."
Brenner nodded, "Good."
He set the clip board down, deciding to try something more challenging.
"Now, I want you to tell me what Dr. Callahan is doing."
Eleven tried, hard, but after a while she opened her eyes. Finding it too difficult.
Brenner, now frustrated, said, "Try again."
As Eleven closed her eyes and tried to conjure the image again, Brenner began to wonder.
He started thinking about Chrissy and Eleven's newfound friendship. It was no surprise to the man that Eleven took a liking to the girl, everyone does. What did surprise him, was Eleven being so quick to open up to her. Eleven has always been a shy girl. She never talked much, she always played alone, and when she did have to interact with peopled it was as briefly as possible.
Brenner supposed it was just Chrissy's kind demeanour. She has always been like that.
He shook away the intrusive thoughts of what once was and said, "Eleven, instead I want you to tell me where Ms. Chrissy is."
Eleven nodded, going back to concentrating.
Almost immediately she found her, "I see her."
Brenner jotted that down on his clipboard, having his theory confirmed.
"Good, now what is she doing?"
Eleven stayed silent for a moment, assessing the situation before saying, "Shes... In the rainbow room."
"She is talking to Ten... They are playing with the 8-ball."
Brenner smirked in success, "Alright, that's enough."
Eleven opened her eyes as Brenner said, "Thank you, Eleven. You did well."
Eleven smiled, "Thank you, Papa."
Hoping that Eleven seeing Chrissy might have helped, he said, "We are almost done, but first I want you to try to find Dr. Callahan again."
Eleven closed her eye once more, channeling as much of her willpower ad possible, trying to find Dr. Callahan.
A few long minutes passed before Brenner said, "That's enough, Eleven."
She opened her eyes, frustrated with herself, "I'm sorry, Papa."
Brenner looked into the girls eyes, "It's ok, Eleven, you made a lot of progress today."
She nodded and forced a smiled, not feeling any better.
The man stood up and held his hand out, "I'll walk you back to the rainbow room."
Eleven grabbed his hand, letting him do just that.
