The snow peacefully fell as Giyuu searched for his one and only lover. He dashed through the snow-covered trees before suddenly bumping into the back of a petite figure. He stopped, and looked down as the small figure turned around and locked eyes with him, a devastated expression lining her normally calm features. Her purple eyes gleaming in the sunlight, her raven coloured ponytail floating in the cold air.
“Oh, Giyuu, there you are.. I must tell you something I’ve just been informed,” she exhaled, mist escaping her parted lips, “Tomioka....he....” Her eyes began to well up with fresh tears.
“He what?? Spit it out Kanao!!” Giyuu spat at her, rage beginning to form in his features.
She sighed and wiped her tears, pointing in the direction facing north.
He turned his rather fit body to the direction of her beautiful slim finger, then took off into the foggy distance, he soon saw a piece of Tomiokas odly patterned haori, his facial features had formed a worried expression. Splatters of boiling red blood scattered around on the cloudy snow.
He felt his heart sink all the way into his stomache. His eyes darted around the snowy distance and his eyes welled up with tears. In panic, he arose from the sitting position he was currently in. He ran further into the distance and saw spiky black hair poking out from the originally white snow, now stained with velvet red blood. Giyuu spotted a strange looking creature, most likely a demon he figured, fleeing into a whole other direction.
Giyuu fell to his knees. The devastation clear on his face. Blood spilling everywhere out of Tomioka's gorgeous lean neck. Giyuu's face poured out with diamond tears, damping his cheeks
"PLEASE DONT LEAVE ME TOMIOKA!" No response. Giyuu's face on Tomioka chest. "Please......please." he cried.
Kanao now standing behind the devistated Giyuu, placing her elagant pale hand on his boney yet soft shoulder. She understood his pain, flashbacks of kanaes death overwhelming her brain. She kneeled down beside him holding his body, comforting his small fit body.
Suddenly, Kanao’s face lit up.
“Hey, Giyuu, check his pulse!” She exclaimed, shaking him slightly.
Giyuu perked up, placing two fingers around his wrist. He almost yelled out in joy when he felt a heartbeat.
