Monique POV
I walked to the door and opened it, it was Calib he was wearing a white button up shirt he folded the sleeves up a little bit.
He was wearing dress pants and loafers just like I expected. " You look beautiful Mo" he said and kissed my cheek. "You clean up well your self to".
He handed me a dozen red roses. "Aww their beautiful" I muttered "thank you". "Wait" Carrie yelled and handed me my hat.
I started walking downstairs "Carrie" I yelled out. She got up walked towards me.
"Can you put this in water please" she nodded he head yes. We told everybody bye and went to the garage to his car.
Calib has a Bentley Continental GT Speed it was Black. "Nice car" I said he opened the door for me.
"I try" I laughed and got in the car. He closed the door and got into the car.
"Now will you tell me where we're going" I begged. "Ahh you'll have to just wait and see" he winked.
** 20 mins later **
We pulled up into an empty parking lot. He ran over to the door opening it before I could.
I linked my hand threw his and followed him to the empty restaurant. He opened the door for me and lead me inside.
"This is one of my friends restaurant we are going to make our own dinner" he said. He pulled me into the big marble kitchen.
"What do you have in mind love" he asked. "How about Tomato, Basil and Cheese Baked Pasta."
"Okay what should we have for dessert" I asked "I already have that under control" he said and I gave him a questioning look but got to work.
** 1hr and half later **
Calib brought out the pasta and I brought out the salad. We sat at the table and ate and talked. We talked about memories and the past.
"Did you find out what's wrong with Cody?". I shook my head "what do you think is wrong" he asked?
"All I know that he like this girl that doesn't give him any attention".Calib face froze as the words left. "What" I asked "nothing " he muttered.
I made a mental to ask him about it later. We walked outside and found a empty park. I took of my heels and walk over to the swing set.
I sat down he sat down on the empty one by me. I look up at the sky .
Calib got up and pulled me onto his lap and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Calib why did you freeze when we were talking about Cody". I looked at him again to see that the color had drained from his face once again.
"Mo do you think that he could be in love with you" he asked getting himself composing again. " Why would you say that" I asked"Just watch him".
"Are you ready to go" he asked. I nodded my head he entwined our fingers together. We got to the car and drove off into the night.
We drove up to a beach since the sun was setting it was beautiful. We got out of the car he grabbed my hand I took of my shoes once again.
I felt the warm sand under my feet we walked over to a checker picnic blanket with a basket.
We sat down and he opened the basket. He opened it and handed me a white rose. A big smile appeared on my face "aww" I kissed him on the cheek.
He went in the basket yet again and pulled out a box. He opened the box it was chocolate covered strawberries.
We ate the strawberries and watched the sunset. We must of been out their for hours. I was laying on Calib's chest I could hear his heart beat.
