Iris Archer had loved the idea of moving to Hawkins. She was intrigued by the disappearance of Will Byers, and the story of everything that happened in 1983, or at least what the public knew. Now, as she sat in her room looking out the window at the wooded area around her, she knew there was something different about the small town. If she had only known what her future held, she would have opposed the move, would have begged her mother to move anywhere else, but now...now she was doomed to experience the tragedies of Hawkins, Indiana and all of it's secrets.
