I woke up early to knocking on my door, recently there has been trouble with a new titan. This titan was like Eren and was causing quite a mess for the Survey Corps.

Getting dressed I walked to the door and was met with Levi.

"Grab Y/N and let's go. The female titan is wrecking havoc and we need everyone to help."

I nodded and woke Y/N up, rushing for them to get dressed. We were out the door in less than a minute using our ODM gear to move throughout the town.

At this moment it was Eren fighting the female titan who we had found out to be Annie. As Annie tried to get away, Mikasa stopped her from doing so, leaving Eren to continue beating her.

Y/N, Reiner and Bertholdt screamed for Annie to get back up. I had to hold her back to stop her from going down there herself. It hurt to see her cry so much. She stood there for a while, tears running down her cheeks as she watched.

Annie just give up already, we've won, and you can't get away this time.

In a flash, the fight was over, Eren sat on the ground exhausted. Annie, however, was in a crystal. Untouchable, Jean tried to break it but was unable to do so, breaking his blade in the process. As Eren was being tended to, I turned to see Y/N running towards Annie's crystal shield.

Her tears kept flowing down her face, her shirt nearly drenched as she hugged the containment that Annie was in. I walked closer to her trying to comfort her, she just shoved me away.

"Go get some large nets so we can put her underground. This fight is over." I announced, I watched in pain as Y/N pleaded for them to leave Annie alone.

Out of anger she took out her blades threatening to kill them all. Showing that she wasn't lying, she struck someone, standing above them with her blade pressed against his neck.

"Y/N, it has to be done. I'm sorry, I know how you feel." I put a hand on her shoulder as others agreed with me.

She turned her head to me, her cold hazel and grey eyes staring at me. She threw her blades and pushed me, her fists balled up as she shouted.

"YOU DON'T KNOW HOW I FEEL. Otherwise you wouldn't take her from me." I looked up at her, her eyes pierced through my skin.

Those beautiful blue and hazel eyes felt like ice stabbing my skin. Terror, hatred and anger filled those eyes.

I sat there silently as she turned around.

She tried to attack more people, but was stopped when Levi knocked her out. I held her in my arms, tears threatening to escape my eyes.

I'm sorry, Y/N, I really am. But it has to be done, to save humanity.

I carried her to my room, and quickly returned to the scene. Annie was now gone, presumably on the way underground. Armin and Mikasa helped Eren up, making sure he was okay.

Once Annie was settled underground I went to take a look. Putting a hand on the glass I spoke.

"I'll take care of Y/N for you, I promise. She cares deeply for you, I just hope she'll forgive me for what has happened.." and with that I left, making my way to Erwin's office.

I knocked on the door, hearing a response I walked in.

"Ah Hanji, perfect I was just about to go and find you. I want you to make sure that Y/N does okay after this. I know she's devastated and won't be in the right mindset for a while. Just be there for her, I will make my appearances, however there is much to be done now." I nodded.
