This is a very simple dream spell. Water is a fluid that symbolises the psychic part of us. Water is a birth symbol as well as a symbol of energy that connects us to life's flow including the flow of our life experience into the surface.
It is best to do this dream spell on the night of a full moon. Try and time the ritual to when the moon is at its fullest.
It is important to use the cleanest water possible to get a good result with this ritual.

- Pure spring water
- A silver or metal bowl
What to do
1. Fill the bowl with water water and place it on your bedroom windowsill in a spot where the full moon's reflection may be seen in the water.
2. Go to bed as usual and focus on what it is you would like to know. Hopefully your dreams will give you the answer.
