"Home sweet home." You softly mumble twiddling your fingers, your stomach knots up inching closer towards your childhood home you left when you were 6. It felt like a dream you thought you'd never return to Hawkins at the age of 19 or even any point in your life after parents separated, moving to the other side of the world at such a young age, living with your grandparents in London as your dad was away with work most of the time. You couldn't really call Hawkins home.

The vehicle came to a halt "that'll be $10 please love." The taxi driver turning to face you in the back, your gaze from your mothers house was quickly snapped to the man in front "pardon sorry what was that sir?"

He softly smiled "$10 please." You nodded your head taking the cash out of your purse, passing it over to him "thank you very much, have a lovely day." Thanking him as you got out of the cab with your suit case closing the door behind you.

Dragging your feet to the door slowly, your breaths were shaky "why is this so hard?" You were thinking to yourself. Ready to knock on the door, you could hear Black Sabbath in the distant getting louder, a van came speeding in front of the house. A young teenager hopped out of the passenger side stopped in his tracks starring at you like you had two heads.

"Hi Dustin." You nervously waved, you hadn't seen him since he was 2, you'd be surprised if he know who you were.

He didn't wait a second but ran to you greet you with a massive hug your body froze up "welcome home y/n" he cheered, you let a sigh of relief out, your whole body relaxed into him, you couldn't believe how tall he had gotten he was almost your height but you weren't the tallest anyway.

"Henderson!" A deep voice came from the other side of the van

The two of you shouted at the same time "yeah?" The dark haired boy holding a backpack in the air tilting his head in confusion at you both

"Two Henderson's? Is this your cousin or something?" His eyes, it's like you know them but couldn't put your finger on it, big brown, gentle, kind eyes but trying to hide them with his scary persona.

Dustin grinned "no this is y/n my sister from London she's just moved back here! She's having to take her last year so looks like you two will be graduating together if you actually army crawl your way to that D Eddie." He laughed before having his backpack thrown to his stomach winding him "son of a bitch" he groaned.

The metal head pushed Dustin out of way, bowing before you, putting his hand out "I'm Eddie Munson, leader of Hellfire club. It's a pleasure to meet you Princess." You're cheeks felt flush, untucking your curly hair trying hide any evidence of colour in your face.

"Cheers Munson" You shoved his hand out the way "not being funny but drive like that again with my brother in that death trap and you'll have me to deal with." You glared with a sarcastic smile.

"My my, you are feisty my dear." He said twirling a few strands of hair in front of his face "with that accent of yours you'll be miss popular at Hawkins high" He cheekily smirked looking you up and down. "Anyway better be off, need to prepare for the champaign for tonight. See you at 7 Henderson." Walking away quickly spinning around on his heels "you should join Princess" he winked before getting into his van and speeding off again.

"You should definitely come along tonight y/n, you can meet Mike then after you can meet Steve he's actually really cool, kinda a badass plus they all think your made up!" He awkwardly grinned with exictment

"What the bloody hell is a Champaign and with that freak you've got another thing coming." You yawned stretching "I need to change and shower, feel so gross." You felt horrendous in your grey sweat pants and white t shirt tucked in. It wasn't your usual attire.

Ready to pick your case up Dustin soon snapped it off you "here I'll take it." You smiled softly at him, your eyes felt heavy "thanks." You mumbled, Dustin slammed the door open

"MOM IM HOME." He shouted, Claudia I mean mum came out of the kitchen in a fluster "Dusty no need to shout-" she paused there was a wash cloth in her hands she dropped it on the floor keeping eye contact with me. Her eyes looked like they were welling up "y/n?" She questioned

"Um hey Clau-" I had to stop myself I wasn't used to saying mum I always heard my grandparents or dad calling her that "sorry hey mum" I awkwardly shuffled on the spot, her rushed over in a hurry taking me in a warm embrace "oh my baby girl, I've missed you." She squealed, jeez this family are huggers, I hugged back patting her on the back, she pulled away wiping her tears holding my arms. "You must be tired come I'll show you to your room and you can unpack."

Time past you were laying on your bed wearing a oversized Sex Pistols t'shirt and tub socks with your headphones on listening to Queen on your Walkman reminding you of home in and out of sleep. The metal head kept on creeping into your thoughts, trying to figure out how you somehow know his face. It then clicked Eddie Munson your kindergarten best friend and short lived childhood sweetheart. You two were inseparable.

When you brought your first boyfriend home your dad always joked saying "he's no Eddie Munson though."

You wondered if he remembered you or even connected the dots of knowing him, you never even got the chance to say goodbye a wave of guilt washed over, the way you spoke to him before. He was being friendly and you were cold towards him "shit I feel like a right asshole." You mumbled

All of a sudden Dustin came crashing in, you threw yourself up crossing your legs together

"ever heard of knocking?" Rolling my eyes

"Right aha sorry, so are you coming to Hellfire?"

I laid back onto the bed "hard pass, another time maybe"

A loud sigh came from the young boy "fiiiiine can you at least pick Mike I up at 9 then? Mom said you can borrow the car." I just put my thumb up in the air "thanks y/n!" He left the room in a hurry. I locked the door and put my sweats against the bottom of the wooden frame.

Grabbing my lighter and Marlboros cigarettes, opening my window as wide as I could leaning out of it trying not to fall out. Sparking up the stick of nicotine taking in the view of my street the death trap rolls up but with more boys in the front, my gaze caught with Eddies who was driving a smile creeped up onto my face, he saluted to me. I then panicked throwing my cigarette into the bush outside of my window. Letting out a high pitch squeal, leaping off my bed and taking cover to my wall "fuck what's wrong with me?" Huffing in embarrassment.
