6th Grade

6th grade year! The first year in middle school or junior highschool depending on what you want to call it.

I was excited, I had a nice friend group who I really cared about and liked.

What I didn't anticipate was the remains of Tom and I's argument back in 5th grade coming back to fuck me over...for the lack of a better term...

Tom had told everyone that I had hired a hitman after him and then told people that I had tried to stab him in the woods on campus.

These allegations were so outrageous and fake but somehow my peers believed him over me.

Mind you, I was a HUGE goody two-shoes back in 4/5/6 grade. A lot of people had tried to copy off of me and get answers and I would refuse, causing many people to be frustrated with the fact that couldn't cheat their way through copying others.

I didn't realize how much of a big deal that was to people but after going through highschool, I get it.

Anyways...

I was like the kid with the cheese touch, all my friends I had left me even after I had tried to explain to them the real story.

Luckily, I was able to befriend the other "outcasts", finding the ability to socialize with them.

One of my friends was this person who went by the name as Peyton. They were the nicest person and we quickly became friends in 6th grade. They had believed my story and our personalities meshed really well.

Peyton had shortish brown hair and was totally into hard rock and heavy metal, wearing metal with hot pink accents.

Peyton had their own friend group and I respected that so I kept my distance while at school.

While I was in a state of flux with the growing amount of people who genuinely thought I had tried to stab Tom, a group of the popular girls took me in.

Apparently they didn't like Tom and chose to take me in as an "attack" against him.

While I was in this group is was very apparent who the leaders were. Lola and her best friend Alice led this group as the two bestest friends. They were responsible for coordinating all the hangouts and determining the actions of the group.

Their second in command was Jasmine, a snarky pretentious girl who I immediately didn't get along with.

However, while in this group I had met this girl named Abby. She was very pretty but very reserved. She had this dark brown hair and these green eyes. Even though she was quiet, she was very intelligent and her and I hung out a lot while we in this group.

Soon, I was able to open up to her about my conflict with Tom and she believed me.

This friend group was going strong for a while until Lola, Alice, and Jasmine started having crushes on Tom's friends.

This was a very unfortunate time for me as these three girls slowly shunned me.

At first it was them having inside jokes, then it was them making plans in front of me and inviting everyone but me.

The biggest one I could remember was when Lola threw a halloween party. She had given everyone in the grade hand written invitations but didn't tell me until two days before the party.

"Should I dress up?" I asked, excited to be able to go to this event.

"You can if you wanna look lame."

Oh.

When I had arrived at this party, almost everyone at my school was there. I was amazed, my first real party. I went into the garage which was fashioned to be a dance room and the socializing on the front lawn.

After the excitement wore off and more kids started going home, I became extremely bored of the party.

I went into the garage to grab a drink when I saw a boy with a blue mask on, sitting on the only chair in the garage.

He turned his head towards me.

"Hi?" I asked as I opened my soda.

"Hey."

He got off the chair and started hanging around with me.

"You wanna take a walk?" He asked.

That is when my friend Tony walked in and gave the masked guy a handshake.

"Hey Tony, we were going to take a walk, wanna come?"

Tony agreed and the three of us started walking around the block.

"So how old are you? What's your name?"

"15. You'll have to find my name out on your own...Tony, don't tell her."

Tony laughed as I begged Tony to tell me his name to which he kept his mouth shut.

After hanging around this masked guy for about an hour, we went back into the house.

"Wanna go into the closet?" He asked.

"Why would we do that?" I asked.

"I don't know. Could be fun."

Look guys, I was a dumb 12 year old. All my crushes never worked out and I had never made a move on anyone at this point lmao.

BARE WITH ME PLEASE.

I did get a weird feeling with this but Tony had agreed to come with us so I felt better.

"Jason, I'll come with you guys."

Jason.

Now since I knew his name I was even more intrigued with this guy.

"I'll show you what I look like." He added.

He had my approval and the three of us when into the closet.

He took off his mask and bruh. For being a 15 year old guy around 12 year olds, this guy was cute.

Now, you may be wondering what this has to do with anything but trust me, this story is here for a reason.

I had gotten his number and I went home that night very satisfied.

When Monday came, Lola had come up to me. "Ah so I hear you and Jason hit it off very well?"

"Oh yeah, how do you know him?" I asked.

"He is my neighbor."

Lola who had a boyfriend became very invested in my story about how I had met Jason and soon her attention became solely on me and her goal to get us together.

As you can imagine, this newfound attention to the "most wanted" person at our school did not settle well with Alice and Jasmine.
