Kuroko no Basket (One Shot Story)

First Meeting

You went to a basketball game which your friend invited you over. You never show any interest in sports at all but this time you wanted to try it out by joining them since it's your day off and you manage to buy a ticket from the entrance to the game.

"Y/N over here" your friend waves her hands when she sees you on the bleachers. "I was waiting for you, I'm glad you made it" she smiles at you.

"Mhm, you invited me over so I'm sure I'll be here" You smiled back and stared at the players preparing for the game. "Who are the two teams?" You asked plainly.

"Oh that's Seirin and Kaijo, they will be competing for national basketball" she responded.

You have no idea who these players are and they seem competitive and serious enough from the whole gameplay. As the game starts we're too immersed and astonished to see one of the members of Seirin dunk the ball from mid-air as if it was the easiest thing he can do.

You shoulder your friend who is now cheering from the players.

"Yes, Y/N?" She asked as she noticed you.

You lean closer to whisper at her, "Who's that guy from Seirin, the one with the red hair and that funny eyebrows?"

"Oh that's Kagami Taiga one of the best players in Seirin," she said as if knowing him a lot.

"Best player?" You once again stare at the guy named Kagami seeing how he jumps high to shoot the ball from the hoop makes you stare at him endlessly.

Once he scores you don't even realize that you clap your hands in amazement and only got your eyes on him from the whole match.

"I see that there's something that caught your attention" your friend speaks up, making you flinch in surprise.

"Well I-I was I" you stuttered unable to say a word when she grinned at you widely. "What's up with that face?" You rolled your eyes at her.

"I will introduce you to him after the match," she said confidently and continued to cheer the two teams.

You realize what your friend said just now and are even surprised that she will introduce you to him. You felt your heart pounding in excitement.

After the match ended, Seirin won with a points lead, you jumped in happiness when the team you are cheering on won the match. The two of you still didn't leave and waited for the people to leave the stadium, after there were only a few people left your friend tapped on your shoulder.

"Come on Y/N, let's introduce ourselves to the players" She grabs your arm and drags you to the court.

"Wait a minute" Just before she pulls you over, a light blue-haired guy notices you both and bows his head to the two of you.

"Hello, A fan here. We were happy that your team won the match" your friend says cheerfully making the light-haired guy smile.

"Thank you for cheering us, I'm Kuroko Tetsuya" he offered his hand for a handshake.

"I'm *Your friend's name* and this is Y/N" she introduces herself casually.

"Hello," you smiled at him and took his hand for a handshake.

"Oi Kuroko, have you seen my water bottle?" The red-haired guy appeared which makes you stare at him so diligently. Feeling kinda of nervous when his close to you.

"Kagami Kun, you put it into your bag remember?" That light blue-haired guy replied to him.

"Uhm hello there Kagami San," your friend says trying to catch his attention.
