Lakshmi couldn't believe that Rishi actually ousted out their relationship truth like this in front of everyone. While everyone was calling her names, maligning her character, insulting her upbringing, the thing which was hurting her the most was Rishi's silence. He was flinching at the names Lakshmi was being called, but was maintaining a stoic silence, confirming Lakshmi's worst fear: he believes everything Malishka is saying. Tears pooled in Lakshmi's eyes, but not a word escaped her mouth.

Lakshmi didn't say anything and went back to her room. If this is what fate had in it's mind..so be it. It was almost midnight when Ahana returned back, and immediately Devika updated her on what happened. She was restless to meet Lakshmi, so she came in the middle of the night, and woke up Lakshmi. Rishi was stunned hearing the revelation, and came back to his room in a dazed way.

He heard Lakshmi coming back to his room, so he immediately acted as if he was sleeping.
Lakshmi came back and saw a sleeping Rishi. She came near him, and sat on the floor looking at him
