Shuichi and Kiibo had gotten back after a long day with friends, it was winter time.
Shuichi loved winter and Kiibo did too, however being in the cold made Kiibo malfunction sometimes, and it was freezing out.
So when they got home they made hot cocoa and sat down to watch a movie. (Kiibo can drink and eat thanks to the lovely Miu.)
After the movie it was already quite late since they went out for dinner and then decided to take a walk together, so they got home at about 9PM.
So they got into comfy clothes as they hugged under the covers, Shuichi was tired and Kiibo needed to charge anyways, so they decided to just sleep earlier than usual.
When they go to sleep every night, Kiibo likes to charge while in a position that could resemble sleeping, so he got into a position he found comfortable, hugging Shuichi's chest as they were sat up on the headboard (Although it's not ideal to really sleep half-sitting.) and Kiibo's head was rested in the crook of Shuichi's neck.
They were closely cuddled together under the warm blankets as Shuichi held Kiibo close.
Kiibo started charging and shut off, his eyes closed.
Shuichi obviously can't fall asleep instantly, and Kiibo's eyes slightly glowing didn't really help, but how could he be mad? It just boldened his eyes, those beautiful eyes that he's so self conscious about because they don't look 'human enough'. Those beautiful tealish blue eyes that gave Shuichi hope..
Shuichi started drifting off, thinking about Kiibo and his beautiful eyes, until he finally fell asleep too.
