#Trouble

Its been a month since I moved in with Nidia and the boys. So much has happened since then. Me and Jac argued twice, I caused a couple to break up...which I dont actually feel bad about. I didn't do it on purpose, and I kinda like Daniel a little bit. We've gotten really close in the past month. Craig and I are on good terms. Jacobs girlfriend hates me and she's always here. Terry has had it out for me since the bowling alley thing. Ray is still my best friend. And my little brother Chris is the best brother I could wish for. I miss my mummy and daddy so much. I don't cry anymore but it still hurts to know I'll never see them again. Nidia is a great mother and .. I love my new family.

"So yall going to the Holiday dance?" Craig asked munching on his fries. Craig was on one side of me while Daniel sat on my left side. Next to him sat Jacob L, and Frieda sat next to him. Frieda is so nice , I don't know how she got mixed up with those girls, those girls as in Terry and Tony. Across from Frieda was Jac, next to him , Tony, then Terry and next to her Issa.

"We're going." Jacob L said. I looked around the table as people decided Whether they want to go or not.

"Yeah we'll probably go too." Tony said nodding her head.

Issa looked up from his phone and nodded. "Yeah ima go, Breunna said she'll go with me." He grinned. I smiled. Breunna is a dance major here, Issa been crushing on her for forever. So I heard.

"Awww Issa got a girlfriend." I teased laughing. He cheesed.

"Terry you going?" Craig asked. She looked at Daniel and smirked.

"Yep. Daniel and I are going." She said smiling.

"Yes, I know dats right." Tony cheered. Daniel rolled his eyes.

"Sis you going?" Craig asked and suddenly all eyes were on me.

"Uhh.." I cleared my throat. " I "

"Of course she's going! She going with me." Daniel said cutting my sentence off. Everyone's neck snapped in his direction now, even Craigs.

"No Daniel you're going with me, remember? You asked me two months ago." Terry squeaked.

"You broke up with me, remember? About a month ago." Daniel said drinking his soda.

"So you're just gonna go with her!" She shouted. By now the cafeteria's eyes were on us. The lunch aids, the chaperones even the custodians.

"Kyori would you like to be my date to the holiday dance?" Daniel asked turning his body to me.

I paused and looked around taking in everyone's facial expressions, the shocked, the desperate, the angry and the hungry. "Yes ." I said smiling. The audience clapped and cheered for us including everyone at our table except Terry, Tony and Jac.

"So Terry does that answer your question?" Daniel asked smiling. Terry got up and stormed out of the cafeteria while Tony and Jac followed.

"Craig I'm about to text you right quick." I whispered to Craig.

I whipped out my phone and went to "Puddy🎈"

"You seen that?" I sent.

"Jac? Yeah" he responded.

"Smh." I sent and put my phone away.

"What you doing today after school?" Daniel asked.

"Nun, wassup?" I asked as the bell rang. We got up and threw our trash away.

"Wanna come over?" He smiled. "My mom wants to meet you." I Stopped.

"Your mom?" I asked laughing. "Why would your mom wanna meet me?"
