The next day Percy is waiting for me on front of the school. When I reach him he teaches a hand out to me and I take it. I'm about two inches shorter so I stand on my tip toes and kiss him on the cheek. We walk hand in hand to Pipers locker. This is where everyone meets. We have to fill Leo in because someone *cough- Jason- cough* forgot to tell him. The first bell is about to ring in about ten minutes when the make-up queen comes over. A word about her: her name is Miranda Grand, she wears ten pounds of make-up , and she keeps trying to get Percy to go out with her because he's the only heart she hasn't broken. "Hey babe" she says to Percy. "I have a girlfriend." He says. He grabs my hand. "I don't see anything but some cute boys and some trash surrounding them. A small growl escapes from my throat. "Yea." Percy says " so you should stop talking about yourself and move." The hallway goes silent. And I start to laugh. I mean full out laughing and then Percy and Piper and Jason and Leo and Hazel and Frank. Yhen with a loud smack Mirandas hand hitsvmy face. Thats the last straw. I tackle her against the opposite wall. I snarl erupts from throat. "We should stop her." Piper says as I smash Mirandas face in and she hollers about make-up. "No," Percy says "she's amazing." But he comes up and wraps his arms around my waist. He turns me around and kisses me. In front of everyone. I pull away first and ask"can I finish now?" He shook his head but chuckled. He took my hand and walked away. I already knew we were skipping school before us and our friends got to the front door. We went to Twin Palm Mall ( don't know if this is real.) And hung out. Overall it was great day. And then the tingling started. "It's time" I told them. They took me to and alley and I transformed. Instead of running I lay on Percy lap and settle down. I don't remember anything but when I wake up I'm on the couch in my house laying on the couch next to Percy. I snuggle deeper into his chest and fall back asleep.
