"Mommy, Papa let's go lolo dad was waiting for us"
"Eto na po mahal na prinsesa" Simon said to Sabrina while going downstairs
"Mom can I ask something?" Isaiah
"Yes anak, what is it?" Sagot ko naman kay Isaiah
"Does papa Simon also have a brother? Like me and Sabrina" Isaiah said with his wondering look
"Yes baby, did you forget? One of your dad's siblings is your uncle Vinny, and the other one is your daddy" I'm explaining to Isaiah
"You know what mom I hate Dad, he leave us eh, he choose his work over us... But thank God I have Papa Simon right papa?" Sabrina uttered
"Anak don't hate your dad like that busy lang sya" saway ko naman kay Sab
"He's very busy mommy, even when we had our 7th birthday he wasn't there. Look Mom kuya Ice and I are 10 years old na but he still doesn't visit us." Sabrina said and she's pouting
"Look babies we can visit your daddy naman, next time nga lang pag tapos na kayo sa school" Simon uttered
"Promise Papa?" Sabrina ask her papa
"Ofc my princess anything for you" Simon said while driving
"Hon stop spoiling her masasanay yan" saway ko naman kay Simon
"Hon it's okay, after all karapatan nila yon" Sabi naman ni Simon then he hold my hand
"Twins san nyo pala gusto mag celebrate ng birthday?" Simon open a topic again
"Philippines papa, pwede po?" Sabay na sagot ni Isaiah and Sabrina
"Pag iisipan muna namin ni mommy" sagot naman ni Simon and I just nod

"So how do you realize that you have feelings for me na pala eh palagi tayo dati mag kasama" I'm asking Simon while he's driving we're going to my obie kasi

We have arrived at the clinic of my new ob-gyne, also a friend of Simon
"Hi Cath, how are you? It's been a year without seeing each ah" Simon greeted Catherine my new obie
"I'm good Si, infact I'm getting married next month" Doc Cath said "oh is she the one that you will talking about last night?" Doc Cath ask Simon naman while pointing me
"Yes Cath" Simon said and pumasok na kami sa loob
"They are okay, still healthy" Doc Cath said and naka tingin ako sa monitor si Simon naman nasa labas syempre bawal
"They?" I ask Doc Cath with my confused face
"Yes Max your having a twins, next month makikita na natin yung gender nila" Doc Cath said and I got stunned kasi kambal
"All you need to do is to rest ah, Simon asawa mo alagaan mo specially now dalawa yung baby sa tommy niya" Doc Cath said and siya namang ikinagulat ni Simon
"What a twin?" Malakas na sabi ni Simon
"OA ah tara na madaming paper works sa office iniintay tayo" pang aaya ko naman kay Simon
"Hon kakasabi lang ni Doc rest diba" sabi naman ni Simon habang sumusunod sa akin
"Hon mas lalo akong manghihina kung hindi ako mag tatrabaho" sagot ko naman
"Workaholic ah sana wag mag mana sayo yung mga babies" Simon said and he close the door when I get in the car
"Kanino mo gusto mag mana? Sa tatay? Hay nako wag na" sabi ko naman
"Hon syempre hindi, sa papa syempre, look I'm their papa kaya the best look son" Simon said and nag kibitbalikat pa
"Ay wow ah ang lakas ng aircon ang hangit dito sa loob ng sasakyan" pabiro ko namang sabi
"See you didn't love talaga eh" Simon said and he's pouting
"Si I'm just kidding, ofc I... I.... I love you" nahihiya ko namang sagot
"You love me na?" Tuwang tuwa namang niyang saad
"Maybe, eh hindi ka naman mahirap mahalin eh" I said and I just smiled on him
Maybe if Sandro hadn't done anything wrong, he would have been the one with me today at the ob-gyn, he's also the one who's excited, and he's also the one who drove the car today. But thank God Simon is here
"Max are you still listening?" I heard Simon saying those words
"Huh what is it again? Sorry hehehe"
"Sabi ko, akalain mo nga naman nung papunta tayo dito sa US we're just talking about kung anong magiging name and ngayon twins pa" masayang sabi ni Simon
"Oo nga eh, next month malalaman na din natin yung gender" sabi ko naman
